This Yusuke Onodera is an alternate version of his prime self who appears in Kamen Rider Zi-O Vs Kamen Rider Decade: Legends Rise. When Time Jacker Damien alters a bunch of Rider Worlds, Tsukasa Kadoya reaches out to Sougo Tokiwa and his friends to help restore these worlds. Due to Damien, Yusuke's life had been completely altered, resulting in his prime self being erased in front of his friend, Natsumi Hikari, in the previous film. In this new timeline of the World of Kuuga, Yusuke never became Kamen Rider Kuuga, instead becoming a local clothes shop worker. Unlike his previous life, Yusuke lived a pretty unhappy life, living in a poor neighborhood. He comes across Tsukasa and Geiz Myokoin while walking back from work, when the former asked him if he knew who he was. He denied and ran away to his place. At home, Yusuke finds Damien sitting on his couch, watching Yusuke's favorite show. When Yusuke was about to call the police, Damien made a deal with him and Yusuke became Another Kuuga.
While fighting Tsukasa, Sougo and his friends, He takes Tsukuyomi hostage. After talking with her and forming a bond, Yusuke switched sides and the Another Ridewatch became the Arcle and he transformed into Kamen Rider Kuuga. After that, he then soon realized that Damien was the one responsible for his unhappy life.
