What The Fudge?! The True Form of Keinosuke is Revealed! is the twenty-first episode of Tri-Ranger's Snack Warriors as well as the 174th episode of the Justice Warriors Series overall. This episode features the first major onscreen appearance of Mademoiselle Obscurité (the series' main antagonist) also known as Gommeux Obscurité.
Synopsis
One night, Theo is frightened by some ghostly figures with glowing ears that turn out to be the other fairies that were scattered by the explosion at Strawberry Mountain. The fairies are then all reunited with Pekorin, and the Snack Warriors decide to throw a party for them. To their surprise, Keinosuke arrives and recognizes all the fairies...
Plot
Walking down the streets, Keinosuke recalls the family that he met the day before, wondering why they enjoyed Theo's bear pancakes even though his own were more professionally made. Theo, on the other hand, is at the grocery shop and is hesitant to pick a type of vegetable, when Keinosuke arrives near the store, much to Theo's excitement. He doesn't expect Keinosuke to ask how he was able to let the family from yesterday give off so much Flavour Spark though, and they feel very awkward as a result, especially when both finally decide to buy mangoes at the same time to clear the awkwardness away.
After buying the mangoes, Keinosuke spots Strawberry Mountain, and appears to be quite nostalgic about it. For Theo, he is glad that he didn't spill out the Flavour Spark secret to Keinosuke but wonders why he is familiar with it.
That evening, Theo notices some suspicious glowing in the forest area. While investigating it, he discovers some fairies from Strawberry Mountain, though he mistakes them for ghosts at first and shrieks in horror. Just as Marinette, Pekorin, and Danny exit the shop to check out the situation, Danny remembers that the blue glows Theo had mentioned are actually Pekorin's fellow fairies, so he tells everyone to head up to Strawberry Mountain after closing the shop.
At night, the five bakers are at the top of the mountain, and Pekorin hands Theo an umbrella that can shoot bright fireworks. Elsewhere, Keinosuke is thinking of two rabbit-like fairies in his memory when he catches sight of the fireworks. The other scattered fairies are attracted by the sight too and immediately, they rush back to gather with Danny and Pekorin, even though they all go through Danny's body after he transforms back into his fairy form. For the first time, the five human Snack Warriors are able to meet real fairies in their lives. One of them, Yapapa, explains how they were forcefully separated because of the explosion from a long time ago, and during his time wandering alone, Yapapa met Gummy, who rescued him from a fierce stray cat. His other friends also tell the group that the former Flavour Spark Thieves are the ones who told them to return home.
Pleased to witness a huge reunion, Theo suggests throwing a sweets party to jazz up the atmosphere, and all the fairies agree that is a wonderful idea. After learning the teens' identities, the fairies are more hyped than ever, and then Danny, Yapapa, and Poponun bring up the two missing twins Kirarin and Pikario who have been looking up the Snack Warriors for years and gone to Tokyo to study sweets-making. As for Keinosuke, he hurries up so that he can reach the mountain as soon as possible.
At the party, Pekorin makes mousse cake inside the Sweet Tooth and Marinette gives free petting sections for each fairy. With every fairy's happiness gathered, the mountain returns to normal. Just as the party is getting exciting, Keinosuke arrives out of the blue.
Meanwhile, Iru senses the strong energy of Flavour Spark from Strawberry Mountain and this motivates Édouard. However, Aurélie volunteers to take over his mission, only for Édouard to call her a loser. She's not going to give up anyway, as she tightens her grip on her broken rod and vows to triumph over a certain person that she knows. To upgrade her rod, she endures the pain so that Mademoiselle Obscurité can use them as power-ups and repair it.
At the mountain, Keinosuke can't wait to reunite with his fairy friends, which disappoints Theo because he gets ignored. The fairies are also confused and can't recognize Keinosuke. Realizing that everyone is unfamiliar with his human form, Keinosuke vanishes and reveals to everyone he is the fairy Pikario all along. Consequently the teens, except for Marinette, are shocked that Keinosuke has managed to hide his fairy form the whole time, while the other fairies wonder why his sister Kirarin hasn't returned from her studies. Also for the first time, everyone learns from Pikario's example that by undergoing enough training, a fairy can take on human form to blend into society.
Unfortunately, Édouard disrupts the fun when Theo is about to tell Pikario about being a Snack Warrior. With Iru, he absorbs all of the Flavour Spark from the mousse cakes and the monster starts destroying the area and scattering the fairies, when the group transform to save all of them. Upon witnessing the transformation, Pikario is surprised that he can have a face-to-face encounter with his idols and is left speechless. Édouard is furious and boosts the monster with his own Flavour Spark, but Pikario becomes Keinosuke and uses an umbrella to protect the Snack Warriors from the storm. This motivates the heroes to purify the Iru-fused monster together to protect the Mountain. With their unique use of teamwork and a helping hand from Keinosuke/Pikario, Édouard is once again left defeated and vows to crush the Snack Warriors as he takes his leave.
The party resumes, and Gommeux thanks Pikario for helping. Much to his own surprise, Pikario begs him to be his student, and will do anything ranging from cleaning to scrubbing, but Theo has no idea how to teach him. Marinette describes this scene as a role reversal. Suddenly, Aurélie shows up and for some reason, Pikario figures out who she is judging by her sensation. Everything pauses with Aurélie taunting the heroes to battle her.
