Weiss Tsukuyomi (ワイスツクヨミ Waisu Tsukuyomi) is one of the main characters of Edge of Time: Road to the King. Born Princess Luna Dreamlight (プリンセス ルナ ドリームライト Purinsesu Runa Dorīmuraito) she was a princess from a different timeline that was transported into the future with no memory of her past life before she was found by Isaiah Thomas, afterwards she would join the resistance. In an effort to change her apocalyptic future, she travels to 2018-B with Isaiah and Grant Myson in an attempt to guide Rex Wells away from his fate as Lord Vortigern, aka Oma Zi-O. Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi (仮面ライダーツクヨミ, Kamen Raidā Tsukuyomi). She also briefly became Kamen Rider Zi-O Tsuki (仮面ライダージオウツァッキー Kamen Raidā Jiō Tsuki) when Rex gave up the power of Zi-O to her.

Early Life[]
Not much is known about Weiss' early life before she was found in 2068 by Isaiah, who was fleeing from Lord Vortigern's kingdom looking for shelter.
King of Time Arc[]
Discovering Zi-O[]
After the Time Mazines the resistance were modifying was complete, Weiss chases after Geiz after the latter went to 2018-B in order to kill Oma Zi-O.
Using the other Time Mazine, Weiss rescues Rex Wells and Henrietta Tristain from Geiz in 2018 and hid in different time periods. She revealed to them that in the future, Rex might become the most evil and despised demonic king in all of history. Despite her attempts, she is unable to prevent Rex from attaining the power of Zi-O but trusts Isaiah's hope in him becoming a Kamen Rider.
Era of Build[]
Her fears were soon dissuaded as she saw Rex act, making her start to question whether or not he could become Oma Zi-O, something Grant disagrees with as he proceeds to fight Rex as Kamen Rider Geiz in an ambush.

The Another Zi-O Crisis[]
A powerful tyrant named Joffery Baratheon appears and creates two powerful warriors, the Showa Darkling and Dante Kaizo-Majin and orders them to pursue a young boy named Shingo. Weiss became affected by the changes and became a normal high school girl, having now lost her memories. After being brought back to Kamen Rider no Sekai, she and Grant joined the rest of Team Zi-O back to the Origin World to stop Joffery from erasing the history of the Kamen Riders, participating in the fight by piloting the Time Mazine alongside Henrietta.

Weiss Tsukuyomi is a no-nonsense individual and shares relatively the same goals as Grant, though she is prone to stopping Rex from becoming Ohma Zi-O by not having him transform, as opposed to Geiz's idea of outright killing him. Her conviction to her ideals is great enough that she would save Rex from Grant when the latter attempts to kill him. After hearing Rex's conviction of wanting to become a good king and even seeing his desire to protect others, Weiss began to trust him as she found almost no evidence that Rex would eventually become Oma Zi-O.
She also has a bit of a sweet tooth, as shown by her excitement when eating some of of Donut Shop Hungry's donuts, or entering Charmant for the first time.
Powers[]
- Temporal Freezing: While her connection to the Time Jackers and Chrono Horsemen is currently unknown, she shares the Time Jackers' ability to freeze time, as well as restore others in time. She is hesitant to use this power at first, but soon resolves to use it for good after becoming a Kamen RIder
- Magic: Weiss is capable of using magic without the use of the Wizard or Beast Ridewatches, being able to cast spells like Barrier and Reflectga. She specializes in the Spark line of magic.

Like Zi-O and Geiz before her, Weiss transforms into Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi by inserting the Tsukuyomi Ridewatch into the right-hand side of the Ziku-Driver and spinning the Driver 360 degrees.
Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi's character theme is "Will Save Us"
By inserting the Zi-O Ridewatch into the Ziku-Driver, Tsukuyomi transforms into Kamen Rider Zi-O Tsuki (仮面ライダージオウツァッキー Kamen Raidā Jiō Tsuki), a version of Zi-O modified with her cloak and the romanized word Tsuku on it.
This form is exclusive to Chapter 21
By inserting the Tsukuyomi Ridewatch into the Ziku-Driver, Tsukuyomi transforms into Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi (仮面ライダーツクヨミ, Kamen Raidā Tsukuyomi). Her base form's visor reads "Rider" (らいだー Raidā) in hiragana.
In this form, all of Tsukuyomi's stats are slightly higher than Zi-O, Geiz, and Woz in their standard form, being physically weak but can enhance her magic.
Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi consists of the following parts:
- Caliber Q (キャリバーQ, Kyaribā Q) - The helmet. 'Q' stands for 'Queen'.
- Clock Blade Q (Kurokku Burēdo Q) - The clock hands. They are data collecting devices. The long hand, Baryon Hand M (バリオンハンドM, Barion Hando M) predicts temporal information, such as enemy timing, while the short hand, Meson Hand H (メソンハンドH, Meson Hando H) measures spatial information, such as the distance between Tsukuyomi and the enemy as well as landing points of finishers.
- Luna Signal (ルナシグナル, Runa Shigunaru) - The circular section where the two Clock Blades meet. It feeds gathered information to Tsukuyomi, derive optimum solution to problems, and adjust internal systems of Tsukuyomi.
- Indication Crescent (インジケーションクレッセント, Injikēshon Kuressento) - The visor which spells out "Rider". Sensors with a 270° viewing angle is built into the compound eye.
- Kamen Dial (カメンダイアル, Kamen Daiaru, lit. 'Mask Dial') - Tsukuyomi's faceplate. It is a multilayer structure using a special metal High-class Graphenium (ハイクラスグラフェニウム, Hai Kurasu Gurafeniumu), and features a beautiful gloss feeling.
- Orb Bezel (オーブベゼル, Ōbu Bezeru) - The gold frame surrounding the face. The special metal Shunt Graphenium (シャントグラフェニウム, Shanto Gurafeniumu), which maintains rigidity and is highly flexible, makes it easy to receive and release shock.
- Core Ryūzu (コアリューズ, Koa Ryūzu, lit. 'Core Crown') - The 'button' on Tsukuyomi*'s left cheek. It is an information management unit that stores combat data.
- Bright Tecter (ブライトテクター, Buraito Tekutā) - Tsukuyomi's chest and shoulder armor. It is made of the ultra-light Artemium (アルテミウム, Arutemiumu) armor and is 800 times stronger than steel.
- Luna Robe (ルナローブ, Runa Rōbu) - By generating a special energy field, it wraps all kinds of shocks and functions as a shield to protect the user during transformation.
- Mid Band Liner: Serenade (ミッドバンドライナー・セレナーデ, Middo Bando Rainā: Serenāde) - The silver band that runs vertically across Tsukuyomi's torso, it connects the Ziku Driver to the head, converting energy made by the Driver into bioenergy. It is very small in size and is light weight.
- Noble Adjustrike Suit (ノーブルアジャストライクスーツ, Nōburu Ajasutoraiku Sūtsu) - Tsukuyomi's bodysuit. In order to optimize the action during the attack, it performs a partial change of shape, such as expansion and contraction hardening, it also allows the behavior that far exceeds the physical ability of the wearer.
- Time Serenity Arm (タイムセレニティアーム, Taimu Sereniti Āmu) - The arms. The built-in Lead Nanotube Muscle (リードナノチューブ筋, Rīdo Nanochūbu-kin) that covers the entire arm gives a tremendous arm strength and supple motility.
- Sona Mature Band (ソナマチュアバンド, Sona Machua Bando) - The control device in Tsukuyomi's left hand. They are placed on each part of the body control the ability of Tsukuyomi, to reduce the burden on the body due to the immense power.
- Tsukuyomi Leap Hand (ツクヨミリープハンド, Tsukuyomi Rīpu Hando) - The hands, covering the fingers and the backhand with Shunt Graphenium. Additionally, it is possible to generate a light blade Luminous Fractor (ルミナスフラクター, Ruminasu Furakutā) by highly converging bio-energy on the whole.
- Loin Crosser (ロインクロッサー, Roin Kurossā) - The armor that protects Tsukuyomi's waist. The armor material Artemium reproduces the traditional design handed down to the royal family.
- Phase Dress (フェイズドレス, Feizu Doresu) - The dress. It has a function of reducing by dissipating the kinetic energy of the received impact by phase transition.
- Time Serenity Leg (タイムセレニティレッグ, Taimu Sereniti Reggu) - The legs. The built-in Lead Nanotube Muscle that covers the entire legs gives extraordinary leg strength and supple mobility.
- Tsukuyomi Leap Heel (ツクヨミリープヒール, Tsukuyomi Rīpu Heel) - The shoes. It increases the jump force by the action of anti-gravity sole.Advanced metal armor Artemium Bite (アルテミウムバイト, Arutemiumu Baito) increases the destructive power when kicking.
- Sona Count Pad (ソナカウントパッド, Sona Kaunto Paddo) - Tsukuyomi's collection devices; it is installed in various parts of the body and instantaneously measures the received impact and information on the object and sends it to the Luna Signal.
This form's finisher is Time Jack (タイムジャック, Taimu Jakku), where Tsukuyomi levitates into the air as a crescent moon appears behind her and covers her leg in light yellow energy. She then drops down for a kick surrounded by a light yellow energy spiral.

BeastArmor (ビーストアーマー Bīsuto Āmā) is Zi-O Tsuki's Kamen Rider Beast-based form accessed by using the Beast Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking Kamen Rider Beast's base form. Its visor spells out "Bīsuto" and its shoulder pads are modeled after the Mantles
In this form, Zi-O Tsuki gains access to the Beast Arms (ビーストアームズ Bīsuto Āmuzu) which allow him to modify his armor based on the four Mantle forms.
The BeastArmor consists of the following parts:
- Beast Head Gear X (ビーストヘッドギアX Bīsuto Heddo Gia X) - BeastArmor's helmet.
- Mana Rod (マナロッド Mana Roddo) - The two antennae on top of the Beast Head Gear X. It can percieve data that normal sensors cannot, such as hostility and amounts of demonic power.
- Primal Indication Eye (プライマルインディケーションアイPuraimaru Injikēshon Ai) - Zi-O's visor which spells out Beast. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye and can detect various forms of magic
- Wild Breaster (ワイルドブレスト Wairudo Buresuto): BeastArmors chestplate. It contains a central circuit which replicates Kamen Rider Beast's power. A magical power release unit is also built in, and becomes the starting point of release when magical power is unleashed.
- Crest Totem (クレストトーテム Kuresuto Tōtemu): An lower chest armor attatchment under the Wild Breaster that mimics Beast's own Crest Lung and Chimera Totem, It temporarily stores magical power from the Beast Ring Shoulders before sending it to the rest of the body. Furthermore, it absorbs surplus magical power, preventing Zi-O BeastArmor from becoming berserk due to magic overflow, and can also absorb any magic used on Zi-O and convert it into his own magic.
- Beast Ring Shoulder (ビーストリングショルダー Bīsuto Ringu Shorudā) - The shoulder units which mimic Beast's Mantles. They act as magical energy generators, and generate an extraordinary amount of energy. They can also change the colors of it's eyes and summon the various Beast Arms to Zi-O
GeastArmor (ギーストアーマーGisuto Āmā) is Tsukuyomi's Kamen Rider Geast-based form accessed by using the Geast Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking Kamen Rider Geast's Rabbit Ninja form. Its visor spells out "Geast" (ぎすと Gisuto) and its shoulder pads are modeled after the Ninja Syringe.
In this form, Tsukuyomi gains an increase in speed, along with mimicking the power of a Model Rabbit Initiator, like increased agility, jump, and boosts any healing-based spells like the Cure line or Esuna.
The GeastArmor consists of the following parts:
- Geast Head Gear B (ギーストヘッドギアX Gīsuto Heddo Gia X) - GeastArmor's helmet.
- Rabbit Detectors (ラビットデテクターズ Rabitto Detekutāzu) - The two rabbit ears on the sides of the Geast Head Gear B. It can percieve data that normal sensors cannot, such as hostility and spacial awareness.
- Gastrea Indication Eye (ガストレアインディケーションアイGasutorea Injikēshon Ai) - Tsukuyomi's visor which spells out Geast. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye and can detect various forms of corruption
- Shinobi Breaster (シノビブレスト Shinobi Buresuto): GeastArmor's chestplate. It contains a central circuit which replicates Kamen Rider Geast's power. It is made up of Varanium (バラニウム Baraniumu) which helps protect her against the Gastrea and the Heartless thanks to it's pseudo-magical enhancements.
- Ninja Syringe Shoulder (ニンジャーシリンジショールダー Ninjā Shirinji Shorudā) - The shoulder units which mimic Geast's Ninja Syringes. They inject a safe and synthetic version of the Gastrea Virus that surges through the GeastArmor. However thanks to the metal also having a special field casting Esuna around it, Weiss is able to use the powers of a Model Rabbit Initiator.
This form's finisher is Extinction Time Jack (エクスティンクションタイムジャック, Ekusutinkushon Taimu Jakku) where she leaps into the air to perform a flying corkscrew kick that is enhanced by the nanites that initially formed the GeastArmor surrounding her legs.

V3Armor (Ｖ３ーマー Bui Surī Āmā) is Tsukuyomi's Kamen Rider V3-based form accessed by using the Shinobi Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking V3 himself. Its visor spells out "V3" (ぶい3 Bui Surī) while it's shoulderpads are modeled after the Double Typhoon.
This form functions similarly to the IchigoArmor, but has increased stats thanks to the Double Typhoon Shoulders. It consists of the following parts.
- V3 Head Gear D (Ｖ３ヘッドギアD Gīsuto Heddo Gia D) - V3Armor's helmet.
- Hopper Detectors (ホッパーデテクターズ Hoppā Detekutāzu) - The grasshopper antennae on the front of the V3 Head Gear D. It can allow Tsukuyomi to scan the area with her visor.
- Matrix Indication Eye (マトリックスインディケーションアイMatorikkusu Injikēshon Ai) - Tsukuyomi's visor which spells out V3. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye and can utilize x-rays.
- Gliding Breaster (グライディングブレスト Guraidingu Buresuto): V3tArmor's chestplate. It contains a central circuit which replicates Kamen Rider V3’s powers. It can store any excess wind energy and convert it into electricity for Tsukuyomi to use.
- Double Typhoon Shoulder (ダブル台風ショルダー Daburu taifū shorudā) - The shoulder units which mimic V3's Double Typhoon. They combine the "Skill" of Kamen Rider Ichigo and Kamen Rider Zi-O, with the "Strength" of Kamen Rider Nigo and Kamen Rider Geiz.
This form's finisher is the Kaiten Time Jack (回転タイムジャック, Kaiten Taimu Jakku): A version of the V3 Kick where Tsukuyomi performs a revolving motion to give it more power, whilst adding in electricity to her feet to deliver a powerful spinning kick.

ShinobiArmor (シノビアーマー Shinobi Āmā) is Tsukuyomi's Kamen Rider Shinobi-based form accessed by using the Shinobi Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking Kamen Rider Shinobi's Gama Cloak form. Its visor spells out "Shinobi" (しのび Shinobi ) and its shoulder pads are modeled after the Gama Shurkien Starter.
In this form, she uses ninja techniques and skills to fight against her enemies. It also allows Tsukuyomi to turn herself into a shadow like mist that can move through surfaces and perform various ninja techniques.
The ShinobiArmor consists of the following parts:
- Senri Head Gear S (センリヘッドギアS Senri Heddo Gia s) - ShinobiArmor's helmet.
- Jigoku Sonar (ジゴクソナー Jigoku Sonā) - The two kunai that replace the clock hands of the Senri Head Gear S. It can perceive data that normal sensors cannot, such as hostility and spacial awareness.
- Shinobi Indication Eye (シノビインディケーションアイShinobi Injikēshon Ai) - Tsukuyomi's visor which spells out Shinobi. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye and can detect various forms of corruption
- Shuriken Breaster (シュリケンブリーザー Shuriken Buresuto): ShinobiArmor's chestplate. It contains a central circuit which replicates Kamen Rider Shinobi's power. It is made up of Giyaman Ceramic (ギヤマンセラミック, Giyaman Seramikku), which is not only lightweight, by contains high defensive power and radiowave absorbing properties. In an emergency, it can be purged from the chest to act as a decoy.
- Soushiken Shoulder (素子剣ショルダー Soshiken Shorudā) - The shoulder units which mimic Shinobi's Soushikens. They harness the power of ninjutsu, specifically the jutsu taught by Master Gamna.
This form's finisher is the Ninpow Time Jack (忍法タイムジャック Ninpō Taimu Jakku): Tsukuyomi casts Aerora to send the opponent flying, before summoning multiple clones of herself to attack the opponent all at once, using two clones to launch them even higher, and finally finishing with a bicycle kick utilizing the Luminous Fractor, sending his enemy crashing down to earth.

BeatsArmor (ビーツアーマー Bītsu Āmā) is Tsukuyomi's Kamen Rider Aero-based form accessed by using the Aero Ridewatch in the left-hand side of the Ziku-Driver, invoking Kamen Rider Beats' Pop Dressphere. Its visor spells out "Beats" (びつ Bītsu) and its shoulder pads are modeled after speakers.
In this form, she uses music and sound-based techniques and skills to fight against her enemies. Using her headphones, she is able to buff nearby allies with her singing and dancing.
The BeatsArmor consists of the following parts:
- Idol Head Gear H (アイドルヘッドギアH Aidoru Heddo Gia H) - BeatsArmor's helmet.
- Syncro Vocalizer (シンクロボーカライザー Shinkuro Bōkaraizā) - The headset around the Idol Head Gear H. It can amplify Tsukuyomi's voice alongside protecting her ears from their own sound attacks.
- Beats Indication Eye (ビーツインディケーションアイBītsu Injikēshon Ai) - Tsukuyomi's visor which spells out Beats. Sensors with a 300° viewing angle are installed within the compound eye and can detect various forms of corruption
- Musicord Breaster (ミュージックコードブリーザー Myūjikkukōdo Buresuto): BeatsArmor's chestplate. It contains a central circuit which replicates Kamen Rider Beats's power. It also keeps a database of songs that Tsukuyomi can access and help listen to in order to use their effects
- Speaker Shoulder (スピーカーショルダー Supīkā Shorudā) - The shoulder units which allows Tsukuyomi bombard enemies with loud soundwaves. It can also be used as a normal speaker.
- Beats Mixmaster (ビーツミックスマスター Bītsu Mikkusumasutā) - The gauntlets of BeatsArmor. The left is equipped with a turntable that, by scratching it, music will start playing. Attacking according to the rhythm will increase attack power.
This form's finisher is the Soundwave Time Jack (サウンドウェーブタイムジャック Saundowēbu Taimu Jakku): Tsukuyomi summoning a "music" set of three buttons for her, as well as two extra allies, to utilize and attack opponents with soundwaves in a musical rhythm. Afterwards a yellow circle appears to trap the opponent for a Rider Kick.

- Grant Myson/Kamen Rider Geiz: Grant and Weiss were on the side determined to defeat Ohma Zi-O in the year 2068. They share a friendly relationship with one another, having worked together trying to overthrow the Demon King. Though initially against seeing Rex as anything other than Oma Zi-O, Weiss manages to help convince Grant that maybe Rex won't become the worst demon king of all time.
- Rex Wells/Kamen Rider Zi-O: Weiss is the one that first informs Rex about his future as Oma Zi-O. Initially believed Rex as evil as the future Demon King, Weiss joins Grant and Isaiah at watching Rex's every moves. Eventually, as Rex shows his kindly disposition and his determination, Weiss mellowed and became one of Rex’s most trusted allies outside of Henrietta.

- Weiss is visually based on Weiss Schnee from RWBY, but shares more things in common with her 2018-A counterpart, Tsukuyomi
- While she shares the same Rider form as her 2018-A counterpart, Weiss' Rider form uses hirigana for her Rider forms than katakana due to her greater connection to Grant than Rex
- Weiss' Zi-O Tsuki form is based on the version of Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi that appears in Supplementary Plan Forever (Part I).
Etymology[]
- Weiss's name literally means white in German, likely an allusion to the character both she and the character she's based on are named after, the story of Snow White
- Tsukuyomi comes from the moon god Tsukuyomi-no-Mikoto of the Shinto religion and Japanese myth.
