The Vile Stomondriver, also simply known as the Stomondriver, is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Engorath.

The Vile Stomondriver is composed of the following parts:
- Gnaw Cranker: The handle. Chewing occurs by rotating.
- Jaw Forger: The upper jaw. By eating treats from the human world, it is possible to create Monsnacks that reflected the taste, texture, and prejudices of the human world.
- Altengorger: The lip-smacking organ. Smacking it causes a transformation or materialization of the violent characteristics of Acier's Monsnacks.
- Bud Anchor: The tongue. It has the property of transforming the abilities of Monsnacks into pure, ferocious power.
Functionality[]
Monsnack Creation[]
Acier creates Monsnacks when he consumes snacks from the human world. Unlike Oliver, however, Acier cannot create a Monsnack from any snack and seems to only create some when a specific snack satiates his hunger. As with the Consume Driver, Monsnacks cannot not be born from normal meals.
Transformation[]
To transform into Kamen Rider Engorath, Acier pulls the Jaw Forger upwards, causing the Bud Anchor to protrude. He then places the Monsnack on the Bud Anchor and pushes the Jaw Forger back down, beginning the standby process. Acier then rotates the Gnaw Cranker, making the Stomondriver chew and generate biological material based on the inserted Monsnack. In Sparkin Gummy's case, a large cola bottle gummy is generated and circles around Acier. Acier then strikes the Altengorger, causing the cola bottle gummy to envolope him and generate Engorath's armor before bursting, completing the transformation.
