The Transformation Belt Toukai Luchadriver (変身ベルト闘界ルチャドライバー Henshin Beruto Tōkai Ruchadoraibā?, lit. Transformation Belt Fighting World Luchadriver) is the transformation device used by Kamen Rider Luchador.
It was created by the JWA using the power of El Dragon Luchador to combat against the Ministry of Doomsday and the Heels.
