Sozoa is a Vicross who infiltrated Cenocorp to avenge his friend's death. He is later given a secret task by Ginour Decan to eliminate the Vicross Hunters and is granted the means to transform into Kamen Rider Devow.
History[]
Background[]
Sozoa was an orphan on the streets of the Vicross Homeworld who found a friend in the form of Ciuri Dray, who took him in despite him trying to steal from her. For the next few years, Sozoa became a construction worker with the aim of repaying his friend for her kindness.
Unfortunately, Ciuri became addicted to Sugrosar and began using most of their money to fund her addiction. Sozoa would eventually try to stop her from getting more Sugrosar, but would fail as Ciuri would leave home to find more money. After months of searching, Sozoa would eventually find Ciuri mortally wounded in the Vicross slums. After some words were shared between the two, Ciuri would pass away in Sozoa's arms. Sozoa would then vow to find his friend's killer and take down Cenocorp.
Path of Vengeance[]
Eventually finding his way to Facerea, Sozoa would pretend to be a Sugrosar addict who lacked the money to fund his addiction. He would attempt to steal some Sugrosar from a pair of Siden Cenoc's Disastris, but would be stopped and taken away. He was then brought to Siden and Promana Tutsi when the two were looking for new Indetractors, being hired by the former. Rounded Justice
Following his hiring, Sozoa would be handed over to Ginour Decan to be modified as with other Indetractors. Birthday Attack After a successful opperation, Sozoa was given his human disguise and sent to Earth to begin his work as a Indetractor. Regretful Vicross After gathering more Terrasons for the company, Sozoa was given some Sugrosar as payment. Initially grateful for the snack, Sozoa would drop his gratefulness once the Disastri walked away. He'd then throw the box of Sugrosar to the side and state that he needed to gain further trust within Cenocorp. Double Cake Riders
Becoming Devow[]
After collecting more Terrasons, Sozoa was offered the Snack Extrizer by Ginour, who asked him to eliminate the Vicross Hunters in return for anything he wished. Accepting the job, Sozoa was also informed that he needed to keep his new role a secret from Siden. After running into the Aviaron Vicross, Sozoa decided to start protecting him, meeting the Vicross Hunters and transforming into Kamen Rider Devow for the first time. Personality[]
Sozoa is a Vicross driven by his thrist for vengeance, unimpeded by the things he may have to do in order to achieve it. He is also shown to be decent at decieving others as he was able to successfully make himself appear to be nothing more than a desperate Sugrosar addict around most Cenocorp employees. He would act meek and humble, portraying himself as a hard worker who genuinely wanted to gather Terrasons for the company. The only person he is unable to fool is Ginour, who quickly picked up on the more truthful aspects of his personality.
When on his own or around Ginour, Sozoa shows himself to be rather laid-back and aloof. He doesn't like doing things that he deems too difficult or boring, but will do whatever task is requested of him if it helps him achieve his ultimate goal of finding Ciuri's killer. He doesn't actually like fighting the two Vicross Hunters, even lamenting while fighting Heran that "the stubborn ones are always the worst" when he wouldn't stay down. He also isn't a fan of gathering Terrasons, viewing the task as too much work for Cenocorp's trust.
Despite his laid-back attitude, Sozoa's emotions start to flair up whenever he thinks about Ciuri or when Heran accused him of being a genuine member of Cenocorp.

- Human Disguise: After being modified by Ginour Decan, Sozoa gained the ability to adopt a human form by inserting a Identerra Drive into his stomond. He is able to return to his original form by removing the Identerra Drive.
- Terrason Transformation: After being modified by Ginour, Sozoa can turn humans into Terrasons by grabbing them with his stomond's tongue. This can be accomplished in either his original form or human disguise.
- Neurotoxin: Sozoa can generate countless blue energy tentacles from his hands. When one of these tentacles pierces a human, it injects a toxin that temporarily makes them euphoric and oblivious to their surroundings. This allows him to quickly acquire a large amount of high-quality Terrasons without resistance and regardless of the targets' prior emotions. These Tentacles can be used offensively to attack opponents as well.

Pudding Extract is Devow's caramel pudding-based primary form accessed by using the Doppudding Monsnack in the Snack Extrizer.
Devow's stats exceed those of Chomper and Gobiter's standard forms. Sozoa's original Vicross abilities are enhanced as Devow, allowing him to incorporate tentacles with his attacks. Additionally, the impacts of each of his kicks distributes shockwaves to the target. He is shown to be highly dexterous in combat, including having the capability to redirect close-range attacks back at the attacker with ease.
Pudding Extract consists of the following parts:
- Pudding Extopper: The head.
- Spoonector: The communication device. It transmits operation log data in real time.
- P-Extract Liner: The front of the head. The biological tissue generated by using the Doppudding Monsnack makes repairs by quickly permeating damaged areas.
- P-Deviewer: The eyes. The transformation enhances the person's eyesight, especially their ability to see dynamic movements.
- P-Devore: The recording organ. It manages the recording of operation log data.
- P-Subsupplier: The mouth. Energy is constantly supplied by the Vram System, so there is no need to eat while transformed.
- Devowear: The body. The transformer's body boasts outstanding physical abilities, and by adding the characteristics of Monsnacks, Devow can transform and change in various ways, exhibiting a variety of abilities.
- Pudding Vester: The chest. The biological tissue generated by using the Doppudding Monsnack is extremely flexible, but hardens upon receiving heat or impacts, allowing for a mixture of hard and soft defenses. It has the function of transmitting the impacts it receives to the limbs.
- Pudding Frustarm: The arms. The transformation enhances the original abilities of the person transformed, greatly increasing their combat abilities. They can also release the impacts transmitted from the chest to the outside.
- Pudding Puntum: The legs. The transformation enhances the original abilities of the person transformed, greatly increasing their combat abilities. The impact range is expanded by dispersing a shockwave at the same time as strikes.

- Pudding Rush: Devow summons a caramel pudding that drops on top of his opponents to trap them. He charges his fist with his own tentacles and delivers a shock-inducing punch.

Jelly Extract is Devow's cherry jelly-based form accessed by using the Purujelly Monsnack in the Snack Extrizer.
While its stats are lower than Pudding Extract, Jelly Extract allows Devow to make himself invisible by becoming transparent, which extends to the entire Devow System. Devow can stealthily attack opponents from the shadows, but his heart stops beating as a cost of turning transparent and prolonged use may lead to death. "Jelly Vanish" also gives Devow excruciating heart pain after the invisibility time is over.

This load increases exponentially over time, and there is no guarantee of life after prolonged use.
- Gelatin Frustarm: The arms. The large shields on both shoulders and forearms absorb shock. It also transmits transparency to the Devowrecker, a weapon synchronized with the Devow System.
- Gelatin Puntum: The legs. The transformation enhances the original abilities of the person transformed, greatly increasing their combat abilities. When becoming invisible, it increases stealth by eliminating sound pattern occlusion and shadows.

After Ginour invented the Snack Extrizer, he would gift the belt to Sozoa while asking him to be more honest with his personality. He'd then ask Sozoa to eliminate the Vicross Hunters himself as Devow.
