Reginald "Reggie" Peters was the vocalist and Bass guitarist of Sunset Curve who died in 1995 following a "hotdog incident". He returns as a ghost. Later, he became Kamen Rider Geist of Team Phantom.
After Caleb's defeat, he became the Retriever Eycon.
He is portrayed by Jeremy Shada.

Life and Death[]
When he left for his dreams, his parents were on the brink of the divorce. It is also known he lived near the beach, which became shops in 2020.
When Sunset Curve was slated to play The Orpheum, along with Alex and Luke, went out for Street Dogs and died from poisoning.
Julie and the Phantoms[]
25 years later, the band returned as ghosts before Julie Molina. When the heard the news their old rhythm guitarist, he Bobby (now Trevor Wilson), had used their songs such as "My Name is Luke" and "Now or Never", Luke desired revenge. This led them to meet the Magician Caleb Covington at the Hollywood Ghost Club, who put a curse on him, Alex, and Luke.
Believing playing The Orpheum was their unfinished business, Julie, Willie, and Flynn assisted the band in getting there. However, this wasn't it.
As a Kamen Rider[]
He is paired with Orion, to the Parka Demon's dismay. His partner ends up hitting on him from time to time. In one episode he retorts "he had his own ballerina once", putting the ghosts into conflict.
Personality[]
Reggie is very upbeat, bubbly and almost always happy. However, he can be a bit of an airhead at times though the group still loves him. He is super nice too and he likes to joke around. He is very understanding and sympathetic.

- He’s one of the few characters that appears in every episode so far along with Alex, Flynn, Julie, Luke, and Nick.
- He once fixed an amp in the rain, presumably causing him to get shocked (Finally Free).
- His real name is Reginald but he goes by "Reggie" for short. This is shown by Alex when they are singing "This Band Is Back"
- Rock Storm Laser is an original weapon
- Along with Caleb, his rider form is exclusive to one of Ghost's movies
- His counterpart was a father
- Interestingly, Jeremy is the oldest of the cast members on the band
- In one episode, Reggie retorts at Orion's advances that "he had his own ballerina once" in reference to Jeremy Shada's song "Ballerina", which he wrote for his wife, Carolyn
- Weather he is being literal or figurative remains unknown
- Reggie's eycon/Parka Demon form his based on a dog. This is a reference to Jeremy Shada describing Reggie as "a human golden retriever" in interviews
