Rambert is a mysterious figure in Power Rider Story Keeper. After the defeat of Story Killer, Rambert reveals the Light Strong Sword Best Light and transforms into Power Rider LaSpada.

Light Strong Sword Best Light is LaSpada's primary sword form accessed by using the The Gold Weapon and the Silver Weapon Fragment Tale in the Light Strong Sword Best Light and the Holy Sword LaSpada Driver.
Even by himself, LaSpada is able to defeat several Riders from the Bladekeepers as well as multiple Alypses.
Best Light is composed of the following parts:
- TBA: The handle. Allow those who recognize the power to hold this handle and grant it the power of light.
- TBA: The stamp device at the bottom of the Sword Hilt. By placing it on top of the TBA's Ride Binder, it bring out the power of the Fragment Tale. As a result, it activates strengthening and special moves with various traditional powers.
- TBA: The blade in front of the Ride Crest. The light-emitting blade dramatically improves the destructive power of the swordsman, such as acceleration and continuous rotation.
- TBA: The legs. By flying in the air using the power of holy light, it grants the ability to freely perform old sword techniques. In addition, it enables light speed jumping by blending the whole body with light.
- Best Light Trigger: The trigger. It plays the role as a starter in various attacks.
- TBA: The connection device. By putting the Sacred Sword in the Shadow side of the TBA, it replenishes and restores energy to prepare for the next battle.
- Light Strong Shelf: The base of the Light Strong Sword Best Light where the Fragment Tale is placed in. It draws power from the Fragment Tale and transmits it to the Sacred Sword.
- Skill Side: The right half. It possesses the power of the story "The Gold Weapon and the Silver Weapon" and brings the power to master all kinds of weapons.
- Unite Side: The left half. It possesses the power of the story "The Gold Weapon and the Silver Weapon", harbors the soul in the Light Strong Sword Best Light and brings the power of unity.
- TBA: The Light Strong Sword Best Light's source. The universal holy light brings about paranormal phenomena such as highlighting evil when it is to illuminate everything, counteracting terrible illusions, and sometimes erasing people's memories and freeing them from evil.
- LaSpada Helmet: The helmet. By transferring human consciousness to the Holy Sword, the user becomes the Swordsman of Light.
- LaSpada Opener: The awakening device. By unfolding the blade, the Light Strong Sword Best Light awakens.
- Gold Blade: The golden blade. The blade that emits holy light boasts a sharp sharpness, and by increasing the amount of light emitted, it has the power to cut even invisible things. This makes it even possible to separate the holy and the evil.
This form's finisher is the Light That Up: LaSpada charges Best Light with ivory energy, before he spins and delivers a series of powerful high speed slashes to the targets, leaves a golden particle upon impact.
When used by Power Rider Story Keeper as a weapon, the finisher is:
- Light Strong Dragon Breaker Slash: Story Keeper delivers a double cross slash attack enhanced by red flames and gold light.

Pressing the button on the side of the The Gold Weapon and the Silver Weapon Fragment Tale summons LaSpada LaOmbra, who emerges from a silhouette created by LaSpada's light.
Though merely a puppet that LaSpada can control, LaSpada LaOmbra has a multitude of abilities on its own. These include being able to turn into a dark cloud for quicker movement, intangibility, and an elastic body. In conjunction with LaSpada, they can attack an opponent from all over and overwhelm them.

- Georgios Plomeiń/Power Rider Story Keeper (II): Rambert and Georgios first met when Georgios was trying to obtain the Mighty King Fragment Tale. After the Fragment Tale is obtained, Rambert leaves Georgios with an incomplete version of the TBA Fragment Tale. Rambert helps Georgios when the former is accused of being a traitor.

Rambert is portrayed by Rio Mangini. As for Power Rider LaSpada Shadow, his suit actor is Makoto Arakawa.

- Rambert is the first Rider since Joshua Maddox from Power Rider Platfo to have a non-humanoid primary Rider form.
- He is however, the first Rider whose primary Rider form is a weapon.
- LaSpada is the first Power Rider who technically does not transform in any way but instead transfers his consciousness into his transformation device.
