Power Rider: Time Voyager is an American superhero drama fanfiction created by Nathan10828, serving as an adaptation of Kamen Rider Zi-O, the thirty-third installment of the Kamen Rider Series.

Production[]

On February 25, 2025, Nathan10828 made the decision to also adapt one of the Kamen Rider series as the Wang brothers did with Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight and Haim Saban with Saban's Masked Rider like for his Power Rangers seasons after getting a few ideas in mind during the day.

However, Nathan10828 had to decide which Rider to adapt between those from the Heisei and Reiwa eras. These choices included Kamen Rider Decade (mainly because the story includes the previous 10 Riders, which would have been more efficient to adapt the 10 previous seasons before Decade into one), OOO, Wizard, Drive, Ghost, Build, Zi-O (for the same reason as Decade), and Zero-One. Ultimately, Zi-O was chosen for its time travel aspect but also for the inclusion of the 10 other Riders who followed Decade, allowing the author to include more of them in the series' universe, and therefore indirectly adapting Decade in the process.

Being a fan of Power Rangers, the author also decided to incorporate elements of Power Rangers Time Force for its temporal aspect and similar to Zi-O and his fanmade adaptation of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Power Rangers Space Pirates for the inclusion of Rangers from the past coming to help the titular team. Nathan10828 also made the decision to be the main character out of desire.

Story[]

Nathan, a teenager and student like any other, sees his life completely change when the Time Keeper, who came from a distant future, arrives in the present to get his help. Chronos, an enemy controlling time, aims to become the great king of the Power Riders, the one who will defeat them all. To prevent this chaotic future from happening, Nathan becomes one of them, Power Rider Time Voyager, in order to prevent Chronos and his Temporal Avatars to make him ascend the throne while protecting the legacy of the Power Riders who preceded him.

During his journey alongside his new best friends and ally Sammy, another Power Rider from the future, and Luna, they will meet their esteemed predecessors whose trust and powers they must gain in order to create a new future for the Power Riders and humanity itself. It's the story of a Power Rider who will fight to save the past, present and future, encountering the various previous Power Riders across space-time. Will he get there?

  • This is Nathan10828's first Power Rider season but not the first created.
  • Although the series is an adaptation of Zi-O, it also utilize footage from previous seasons from the Heisei period (from Kuuga to Build).
  • This series contains 3 arcs, based on their arc counterparts in Zi-O (with the last two combined into one, which happens to be the third), in terms of the main plot the Riders face:
    1. The Introduction arc (The King of Time to Ep 10).
    2. The Future Riders arc (Ep 11 to Ep 20).
    3. The End Time arc (Ep 21 to The End of Time).
