Order Number 5: Healrisee. (注文番号 5: ヒールリーゼ。 Chūmon bangō 5: Hīrurīze.?) is the fifth episode of Kamen Rider Zegion. This episode features the full debut of Kamen Rider Saliyah and the first appearance of Zegion Healrisee Spirit and Vengios Shokirai Custom. It also features Ken and Gintaro joining HaPizza PPY, as Zegion's new allies and the reveal that Akane know Jin's identity as Kamen Rider.
Synopsis[]
When Zegion almost defeated the Virgo-Player, William arrived and transformed into Kamen Rider Saliyah, what makes Zegion becomes pissed off and attack him recklessly. This failed and Mayumi ended injured by a Vengios' missed shot.
Now, there's a desperate situation: Ken stills infected by Healrisee's poison and, if he not being healed before 24 hours, he's gonna die. Jin is totally angry with William, but also with Vengios because of this nonsense vengeance feeling against him. So, Akane appears telling that isn't nonsense and would like to talk with him, the Kamen Rider...
Meanwhile, William sets the final touches to end Zegion, like he did with his friend...
Plot[]

Zegion is completely furious, attacking Saliyah recklessly. Saliyah jokes that his abilities decreased after he leave his Virgos-Game's team, but Zegion says him to screw up and kicks him, using his final attack with sword, however, Saliyah uses also his final strike, melting all the place and a lot of pieces fall in Zegion. Vengios, then, tries to shot him, but misses. Mayumi arrives at this moment and keeps hidden looking everything. At this time, Arovint arrives shooting black holes, which suck all toxic acid and she advances, but Saliyah's fight was as equal as hers. Vengios, so, tries again, but Saliyah uses a metal to protect himself and the bullet reaches Mayumi's leg. Zegion worries with his friend and get out of there, leaving Mayumi to a hospital. She says him to bring Ken too. He does it. Vengios tries to follow him, but Saliyah interrupts and defeats Vengios after break all his armor, leaving at next moment. Arovint asks if he was leaving the battle to catch Zegion, however, he says her to shut up and look the other students. He goes find the missing Virgo-Player.
At Virgos-Game, Leonora quests William about his new developed system, but the general denies to tell everything to her and that she needs to calm down, also because she'll not be brave enough to face Jitasu while tells everything that occurred since Zegion's arrival. Samuel aparts the fight and says that they need to focus on mission, but William ignores and orders them to look after the Virgo-Player while he goes out to have more tests, specifically with Zegion. He went out and Leonora, totally pissed off, gets her Virgo-Symbol and orders Samuel to make a little mission to her, more to entertain her than anything.
At Hapizza PPY, Jin prepares a pizza while thinks about what happened in high-school. Yukina notes it and asks if he's okay. Jin lies saying yes, and Yukina accepts and continues the dialogue saying that they're in a big trouble after these Kamen Rider Saliyah's arrival. Jin reveals that Saliyah is William, what makes her more worried due to be the person she hates the most. Someone enters the pizzeria: was Akane. She entered, sit at one table and asked to speak with Jin, telling him about Mayumi's medical report and that she's gonna be okay in one day, but his friend Ken was almost totally poisoned and, if the Virgo-Player didn't be defeated until the next day, he's gonna die. Jin becomes more worried, but Akane says him to not to worry and calling him Zegion. Jin and Yukina try to disguise, however Akane says that she already knew it for a long time and the Virgo-Box laying in next table delayed them. Yukina was almost having a fight with Jin, but Akane cuts her asking them to go tomorrow morning early to one café, where she'll explain everything about Mizuko and why he's obsessed in defeat Jin. She leaves and, now, Yukina have a fight with Jin about responsability with his items.
At VICTORY, Mizuko trains fight with a bunch of soldiers, not satisfying his anger and he goes train alone in his room, while asking himself why Zegion was able to use Shokirai and he doesn't and, more he remembers his murdered family, he punches the sandbag stronger, almost tearing it apart, but stopping after see the sand leaving the bag. He breathes for a while and takes Shokirai Symbol, asking himself how he could use it.
