Neuzko Kamado is a heroine and secondary protagonist of Revice Others: Kamen Rider Demon Slayer and Tanjiro Kamado's younger sister. After demonized by Twelve Kizuki along with her brother for becoming the tools of war, Sakonji Urokodaki helped them escaped. Nezuko Kamado transforms into Kamen Rider Demoness when Tanjiro uses the Demon Slayer System.
When OCCULT tries to establish the Order Of Hell around the world, Nezuko Kamado and Tanjiro Kamado fuse togther to form Kamen Rider Demon Slayer to end their plans of creating the chaotic utopia.

Mizuchi Genome is Demoness' Mizuchi-based primary form accessed by Slayer using Mizuchi Vistamp into the Demon Slayer Driver.
Unlike the Genomes of Kamen Rider Revice which are based on Kamen Riders' primary forms, the Genomes of Demon Slayers are based on powered-up forms (upgrade, super, final, extra final/movie exclusive, crossover) of Kamen Riders through Alteri-Stamps. Kamen Rider Demon Slayer, also erroneously known as Kamen Rider Ultimate Demon Slayer to differentiate the form from Demon Slayer's other unnamed forms, is Demon Slayer's eponymous fusion final form accessed by Slayer splitting the Ultima Dragon Alteri-Stamp into two parts for himself and Demoness in the Ultima Drivers and unsheate their Ultima Katanas.
Nezuko's Awakened Form
When Nezuko transforms into her awakened form during her fight with Daki and Rui, she has a bigger, taller and curvaceous body and has longer hair that reaches to her feet. She loses both her footwear, as well as the sleeves of her civilian clothing. She grows a short white horn on the right side of her forehead designed with irregular crack pattern, along with vein-like patterns in her forehead near her horn. She has vein-like pattern appears around her left eye, but her most striking new feature is the red and green vine-like pattern that covers her skin, circling around her arms, legs, and chest.
Nezuko has the ability to enter a berserk state where she becomes more demonic in appearance, transforming into an adult version of herself with vine-like tattoos that circle her body, a single horn protruding from her right forehead side. This awakened form greatly enhances Nezuko's physical capabilities as well as increasing her regeneration level to match that of the Deadmans even the Gifterians. When she first awakened this ability in her fight with Daki and Rui, she became frenzied in battle, lost her usual restrain to human blood as she become sadistic and developed a violent, "evil" pleasure of killing the demons, and the only way she could revert back to normal is to have either Tanjiro or Kie sing her a lullaby. This form might can activated by Giff's pulsations.
Nezuko's True Awakened Form
Nezuko gets an upgraded Awakened Form during her fight with the Class 1D Daemon students. In this form, Nezuko was clad in armor made up of bones, she is equipped with many bone-made weapons such as bone sicle, bone spear, bone sabre etc and has more of draconic-humaoid feel from the armor. She has cracks around her body with glowing pink and red energy even woth the eyes. She also grew her strong bony tail. Unlike her previous Awakened form, she lacks berserk nature as Nezuko finally gains over the control in this new form and with this, she is immune to the Giff's pulsations. This form has been achieved through remembering the warm affection and vow of saving earth by rooting out the misery from Japan.
