Mizuko Bannoki is the secondary rider of Kamen Rider Zegion. He's a 37-years old soldier of VICTORY. He transforms into Kamen Rider Vengios in order to defeat the Virgos-Game and defeat Zegion.
History[]
20 Years Ago[]
When he was 17, his house was desttroyed by someone using an unknown version of Zegion-Driver. The person said that the test was a failure and dropped his dead sister in the ground, telling him that he would forget everything someday. This never happened.
Nowadays[]
When Zegion appeared, he recognized his belt as something from his past and, after the end of battle, he started shooting Zegion and called him a murderer due to him have the same belt of his family's killer.

Mizuko, at first, was seen as someone totally determined to defeat the Virgo-Players and in help the people, but after Zegion appear, his face suddenly changed to an uncontrollable anger and willing to defeat Zegion, who was called murderer by him. However, after remember why he entered VICTORY, decided to priorize the Virgo-Player instead Zegion, even feeling anger for him.

Vengios Aquaaid wins Zegion Burnlaze in almost all stats, only losing in Kicking Power by a large margin. Using this form, Vengios can shoot water splashes that can cut even the most resistent steel. This form is the antithesis of Burnlaze.

Compared with his main form, Vengios has a boost in punching power, a slight increase in kicking and jumping power and a slight decrease in running power. Due to being a fusion of two Virgo-Symbols, this form can be held more time then only using Shokirai Virgo-Symbol alone. This form can absorb electricity and throw it fused with water, also becoming energy to attack with water.

Metallox Custom has a boost in punching power, a little increase in kicking power and a decrease in jumping height and speed due to the heavy armor. However, this form is stable and can be used without time limit, with the exception that causes muscular strain if used until overload. This form a higher resistance, being able to protect himself of almost all types of attacks. Metallox Symbol is known as The Great Metal Miner.

Trio-Custom adds Shokirai Custom and Metallox Custom with Aquaaid Custom, becoming Vengios' most powerful offensive form, however, has the second less jumping power and is the slowest form. Due to use three Virgo-Symbols, this form is totally unstable, only being useful for 3.5 minutes before collapsing entirely.
This Form's finisher is Trio Custom Blast.
