The Hybrid Trigger is an attachment used with the Assault Wolf SD Programmer to transform into Kamen Rider Volcanus Assault Wolf or with the Shining Hopper SD Programmer to transform into Kamen Rider Zerone Hybrid Hopper. It was manufactured by the Ark along with the Assault Wolf SD Programmer. Originally, Zerone had to share it with Volcanus, but L.I.S.A. was able to produce a second copy for Lewis using the Elliott Industries Three Dimensional Printing System.
The Hybrid Trigger was later modified by Maya such that it would no longer connect to the Ark, allowing it to be safely used by humans. Volcanus would later use the Hybrid Trigger together with the Dire Wolf SD Hacker to transform into Kamen Rider Volcanus Lone Wolf.
Design[]
The Hybrid Trigger is composed of the following parts:
- Hybrid Charger: The operation button on the top of the Hybrid Trigger. Pressing it activates the attached SD Programmer. After transformation, pressing it initiates the Hybrid Charge for finishing attacks. This overboosts the AniModel to draw out overwhelming destructive power by putting it into an overloaded state.
- Charge Breaker: A circuit breaker located on the Hybrid Trigger's side. Pushing it in an emergency shuts down the system and prevents malfunctions from spreading to the attached SD Programmer. In addition, the Hybrid Trigger and SD Programmer can be separated by using a physical shut-off mechanism on the back.

Hybrid Hopper SD Programmer: Used by Kamen Rider Zerone to access his fusion form, Hybrid Hopper. Its ability is "Hybrid Jump". It is formed by attaching the Hybrid Trigger to the Shining Hopper SD Programmer.
The Hybrid Hopper SD Programmer is composed of the following parts:
- SD Activator - The SD Programmer's activation button for standalone use. It does not function when the Hybrid Trigger is attached.
- AniModel Monitor - The SD Programmer's security mechanism. The power of the AniModel is released by completing the grasshopper relief in conjunction with unfolding the SD Programmer. In addition, the monitor itself has strong armor, which improves the physical strength of the SD Programmer.
- Connecterminal - The SD Programmer's output terminal. Unfolding the Connecterminal allows it to connect to a transformation device's Program Port. It also serves as an ignition key for the Hybrid Hopper AniModel, which is released using a temporary authentication code issued at the time of The SD Programmer's Charged Access.
- SH Rider Symbol - The SD Programmer's symbol located on the Connecterminal. It pictures Zerone Shining Hopper's head.
- Program Cover - The exterior of the SD Programmer. It uses organic composite glass made of glass and plastic that is lightweight and has excellent toughness, corrosion resistance, and water resistance for the purpose of protecting the AniModel. In addition, data within the SD Programmer is protected by a thermal insulation film.
- Shining Hinge - The SD Programmer's lock mechanism that prevents the Connecterminal from being unfolded. By authorizing the SD Programmer with a transformation device, the lock is released and it is possible to open the SD Programmer into its Key Form. At the same time as authorization, a special strengthening of the AniModel called Charged Access is performed.
- Hybrid Trigger: SD Programmer enhancement module. Based on built-in modification data, the AniModel stored in the SD Programmer is partially replaced and modified by the Charged Access to be specialized for armed combat.

Assault Wolf SD Programmer: Used with the Hybrid Trigger attached by Kamen Rider Volcanus to access his upgrade form, Assault Wolf. Its ability is "Assault Bullet". It was produced by the Ark using the data of the Biting Shark, Flaming Tiger, Freezing Bear, Breaking Mammoth, Shooting Wolf, Punching Kong, Flying Falcon, and Sting Scorpion SD Programmers, but was taken from Joel by Mike.
The Assault Wolf SD Programmer is composed of the following parts:

Dire Wolf SD Hacker: Originally used by Caval to transform into the Dire Wolf War Maldroid. It is later used by Kamen Rider Volcanus with the Hybrid Trigger attached in the SDecoder to transform into his Lone Wolf form. It is based on a dire wolf.

Finishers[]
Hybrid Impact: This finisher has two variations:
- Zerone jumps into the air and performs a flying kick covered in yellow and blue energy.
- Zerone uses the Shine Processor to dash through the air before surrounding himself in a sphere of blue energy and covering his right foot with blue electricity. He then delivers a flying kick covered with blue and yellow electricity to the enemy.
Assault Barrage Blast Fever: Volcanus somersaults into the air with his right foot covered in red and blue energy, which forms into an energy construct of a wolf's head. He then delivers a downward kick to the enemy with the wolf head crushing the target in its jaws.
Lone Wolf Impact: Volcanus leaps into the air, with blue lines of energy being produced from his legs and more surrounding his body. He then covers his foot with with blue energy and performs a flying kick that produces a circular energy pattern, followed by an energy emblem of circuitry. Volcanus flies toward the opponent with blue energy lines trailing behind him before a blue energy construct of a wolf's head forms around his foot and he strikes the enemy, creating another circular pattern upon impact.
