Himeka Banba was a former student in Fuuto University Affiliate High School and a minor recurring villain in Hero Legacy: Kamen Rider 00. She later transformed into the second Falcon Dopant against her will.
Character History[]
Originally a member of Class 2-A due to her family's influence and background, Himeka had herself transfer out of the class during the school's Academic Placement Exam, instead opting to become Class 2-C's "leader" following Nanami Naruse's disappearance and Takaharu's arrest. There, she started her own clique and essentially became its Queen Bee, while also undermining the efforts of the Top Class and ridiculing them.
Falcon Dopant[]
Himeka first appears during Kazuhiko Sudo's first day in school, immediately declaring that the new student is "hers" due to her immediate infatuation with him. She also immediately antagonizes everyone who tries to look at the new student and "dares" to have a crush on him, immediately targeting Yui upon learning that she and Kazu had history together in their childhood. She even hires a random stranger to intimidate Yui further after school, not knowing that the man was a Memory User, transforming to the Falcon Dopant to attack Yui, though she would be saved by Kamen Rider G-Nasca.
Eventually, she would later make a big deal about her love confession, bringing in many students in the place as she publicly states her love for him, only for Kazu to show his vicious side and forcefully transform her into a Dopant using the same T3 Falcon Memory, scaring the rest of the students into a panic. After she rampages in the school and all over the city as a Dopant, her Gaia Memory would reach its Full-Powered Form and eject from her body, turning her back to human, just as she sees Yui recover her Gaia States and transform to the G-Sakura Dopant and attack her. Though Himeka would be saved by Kamen Rider 00, their resulting battle also awakened Yui's ability to access the Gaia Library, while 00 is swiftly defeated by G-Nasca. Kagerou Shiramine later orders a "reverse" at the school, Himeka is one of the students whose memories would be erased, returning back as a normal 2-C student.
Continuous Hostilities, Leaving Fuuto[]
Despite having her memories erased, Himeka retains her entitled and vicious personality, constantly antagonizing Class 2-A and even bullying other students with the help of her posse. When Yusaku's secret was revealed to the public, she led the other classes in openly mocking Class 2-A and even bullied its members without any remorse. However, she also became part of G-Sakura Xtreme's rampage at the school and was inadvertently saved by the same students she was hostile with, together with Kamen Rider 00, though her memories were once again altered after the ordeal.
Himeka was once again placed into another situation when Nanami returned months after her disappearance, where she led her posse in bullying the former 2-C queen while undermining Class 2-A again when Aya came to the latter's defense. She would later be forefront and center in calling out Nanami when her video transforming into a High Dopant went viral and lead to her shaming, before being attacked by the G-Automaton Dopant minutes after. When Yusaku deduces that the red High Dopant had some connection with Himeka's family, once again springs into action, just as Katsuzono abducts the entire Banba family for abandoning their duties with Fuuto's rehabilitation. Though Kamen Rider 00 manages to save the family, Himeka would try to run away and gets abducted by Kozue Fushimi, who shoots her with the Reverse Magnum equipped with the Memory Memory.
Himeka's parents would later be shamed out of Fuuto, leaving the city while their daughter immediately recovers, though her memories were completely erased in the process.

After its original Memory User was defeated, Kazu recovered the T-3 Falcon Memory and severed its connection to the user, before forcing the Memory onto Himeka and transforming her to the second Falcon Dopant. In this form, she gains the ability of flight and is armed with razor-sharp talons that lets her pick up people and hoist them up to the sky before bringing them back down. Unlike the other Dopants, she wasn't engaged in battle by the Kamen Riders and was instead chased down by Yukiho until the Memory reached its Full-Powered Form, thus ejecting from her body and turning her back to normal.
