Gai Almada is Power Rider Kaiser. A genius mercenary who battles for Nexus Technologies and for his own amusement. He is a rival to Dan / Power Rider 01.
History[]
Gai vast intelligence was made clear at a young age. By the age of 16 he hade earned two PhDs. He grew more ambitious and carved more challenges with resulted in him become a Power Rider and working for Nexus Technologies. He saw the creation and Raiders and controlling the ARK as his greatest challenges yet .He also developed a rivalry with Dan / Power Rider 01 because he saw him as a naïve fool. When the ARK was revived and claimed it had used Gai as part of its plans he developed and confidence crisis. Later joined forces with Dan to defeat ARK but failed. When Dan and the ARK fused into ARK Dan he aided Blair and Logan in trying to free Dan. After the final battle Gai stayed on at Nexus Technologies with Blair to fix his past mistakes.
Personality[]
Gai greatest strength is his intelligent but it is also his greatest weakness as it makes him arrogant and apathetic. He is extremely driven by his projects but cares very little about the consequences as long as he succeeds. After losing to the ARK he begins to becomes more humble as he realizes his mistakes.

Kaisers physical statistics are the highest out of any Rider at the time of his debut, with only jump height being lower than Power Rider 01 Rising Hopper and its evolved forms. This is due to the utilization of both Ride and RUIN cards.
