Hunter Jordan is one of the main two protagonist of Power Rider Tyranitar. He is a college intern that studies the history of Nanotronics that was offered a Rider Scholarship by Driftonicorps. Thus, he is granted the Core Scandriver to transform into Power Rider Tyranitar.

Tyranno Battlizer is Tyranitar’s Tyrannosaurus Rex-based primary form accessed by using the Tyranno Ridecpsule in the Mesozoic Scannodriver.
Compared to Zauros, Tyranitar has higher punching and kicking power but lower jump height and running speed. In this form, Tyranitar can transform his legs into those resembling the T-Rex, which grants him high jumping power and powerful kicks.
Tyranno Battlizer consists of the following parts:
- Tyranno Mega Head: The helmet.
- Tyranno Mega Metagear: The head armor. The strong armor made of the rare metal Astometalum is shaped like an egg to efficiently release the impact and protect the head.
- Tyranno Mega Visor: The compound eyes. With the dynamic vision and wide viewing angle of the carnivorous dinosaur, which can be said to be the eyes of a hunter, it is possible to accurately capture the movement of any small target.
- Nitar Stimulator: The Genus Battlizer regulator. It has the role of improving the accuracy of cooperation by adjusting the output and timing with Kamen Rider Vice, who becomes a buddy.

- Cenoslash: The blade of the Cenozoic Tech Breaker projects a larger cyan energy blade surrounded by red energy, which disappears before the physical blade itself is covered by blue energy. Tyranitar then swings the weapon, launching three three rotating pink energy seals of the Tyranitar logo, with each seal surrounded by two light blue energy blades. The projectiles collide with the enemies, resulting in a large magenta explosion with a single large red and black seal of the Tyranitar logo.
- Cenoblast: Blank pink and blue energy stamps appear in front of the Cenozoic Tech Breaker's barrel while Tyranitar charges the weapon. Eventually, Tyranitar's body is surrounded by pink and blue energy along with pink lightning. He then fires a large screen resembling the Tech Breaker's Projectrix with an animated version of the Cenozoic Weaponcapsule's seal on it. This screen is followed by several blank pink and blue screens trailing behind it. When the screen reaches enemies, the seal on it moves left and right while biting them as the screen moves forward.

Mammoth Battlizer is Tyranitar's mammoth and Power Rider Zenco-based form accessed by using the Mammoth Ridecapsule in the Mesozoic Scannodriver.
In this form, Tyranitar wields the Tuskerangs, a pair of boomerang-shaped weapons mounted on the back, which can be used not only for throwing but also for close combat. Its ultra-hard blade has the property of increasing its sharpness by shining red when it receives an energy charge.
Mammoth Genus Battlizer consists of the following parts:
- Mammoth Mega Head: The helmet.
- Mammoth Mega Metagear: The head armor. The Track Liner that runs through the center functions as a damper by making use of its flexibility to lessen impacts to the head.

Tyranitar throws the Tuskerangs toward the enemy, leaving behind trails of red energy, while Tyro strikes the ground with the Berglocker shields, causing twelve large energy copies of the shields to energy from the ground in a semicircle around the enemy. The Tuskerangs miss the enemy but then swing back around due to being boomerangs and strike the enemy from behind. The Tuskerangs then rebound off of the Berglocker Shield projections and continue striking the enemy from multiple angles. Afterward, the Tuskerangs return to Tyranitar before the Berglocker shields stack above the enemy and crush them.

Revice Rex's finisher is the Fusion Crushing Impact: Revice Rex leaps into the air and somersaults several times before performing a flying kick covered in pink in blue energy. The kick produces a shockwave and a large projection of the Rex Vistamp's seal upon impact.

Revice Eagle (リバイスイーグル Ribaisu Īguru?) is the fusion form of Kamen Rider Revi and Kamen Rider Vice Eagle Genome accessed by activating the Remix function on the Eagle Vistamp in the Revice Driver.
Revice Eagle consists of the following parts:
- Revice Eagle Head (リバイスイーグルヘッド Ribaisu Īguru Heddo?): The head. With super vision, it is possible to perceive and track targets from high altitudes even in the dark. In addition, the ultra-hard beak is effective in passing attacks at the speed of flight.
- Revice Eagle Body (リバイスイーグルボディ Ribaisu Īguru Bodi?): The body. - Revice Eagle is surrounded by spiraling green and purple energy and rams a group of enemies, launching them into the air. Revice continues to ram the opponents individually while flying through the air, eventually being surrounded by lightning as well.
Revice Mammoth

Revice Mammoth (リバイスマンモス Ribaisu Manmosu?) is the fusion form of Kamen Rider Revi and Kamen Rider Vice Mammoth Genome accessed by activating the Remix function of the Mammoth Vistamp in the Revice Driver. This fusion gives the duo powerful ramming attacks and the Rider aspect of it generates gravity defying train tracks (similar to the DenLiner’s rails) to run across as platforms to reach targets or for maneuvering around enemies.
