Dema was a unique Celestron Monster created by Shad, serving as the predecessor to the Charybdis Celestron. He killed several warriors of the Fantasia Knights 15 years ago before being sealed away, but was released by Sir Hammond in the present. After betraying the other Celestron to pursue his own ambitions, he developed a strained companionship with Johnny Lynn.
By taking the Eternal Phoenix Saber after the creation of Comsic Fantasy Saber, Dema briefly became the second Kamen Rider Paragon. After his defeat by Shad and Charybdis left him slowly dying, he challenged Johnny to a final duel that resulted in his final demise.

Dema is a unique Celestron created by combining all three categories of Celestrons. He is a swordsman whose skill is comparable to those of the Knights of Fantasia, as he was nearly able to defeat Kamen Rider Break and fend off Kamen Rider Mist. Dema becomes a free Celestron after taking back own Dark Ride Book, which he can be absorbed into his body. Dema has the ability to regenerate limbs or even his entire body, but as long as the Dark Ride Book isn't destroyed. Dema wields his personal sword, the Dema Saber, in combat.
Abilities
- Enhanced Strength: Dema's strength level is on par with Kamen Rider Break's.
- Enhanced Speed: Dema's speed makes him agile as he is able to easily maneuver to avoid Break's attacks.
- Teleportation: Dema can instantaneously move from one place to another at will.
- Scarf Control: Dema can manipulate the red scarf on his back to restrain a foe or split it into multiple scarves for offensive purposes.
- Resurrection: In the event of his body being destroyed, Dema can revive himself as long as his Dark Ride Book remains intact.
- Shadow Hiding: Dema can quickly hide in the shadow of someone to avoid damage.
Techniques
- Dark Celestra Strike: Has three variations.
- Dema leaps into the air and executes multiple magenta energy slashes with the Dema Saber while spinning.
- Dema drops down from above and executes a magenta energy slash with the Dema Saber to the enemy, before delivering another slash after landing on the ground.
- Dema jumps into the air and spins like a drill with the Eternal Phoenix Saber while surrounded by purple energy.

Eternity Phoenix is Paragon's phoenix-based primary form accessed by using the Eternity Phoenix Ride-Book in the Phoenix Driver.
In this form, Falchion's stats are higher than Fantasy Knight, Blaze, and Blight in their Fantasy Combo forms. In fact, he is stronger than even Fantasy Knight Elemental Fantasy Dragon, though slightly slower. While he does have slightly higher punching power than Tritan, Paragon loses to him in every other stat. Paragon is also outclassed by Blaze White Lion Blizzard Warrior in every statistic.
In battle, Paragon can summon phoenix wings to fly and enhance his attacks. This version of Paragon can also use his innate Celestron abilities and wield the Dema Saber as a secondary weapon during combat.

- Eternal Phoenix Strike/Dark Celestra Strike: Paragon sprouts phoenix wings from his back and jumps into the air with his body covered in fire and the Dema Saber covered in purple energy. He then flies toward the enemy while spinning like a drill and surrounded by fire and spiraling purple energy before ramming into the opponent.
