Russel Beale is a former executive of the Cult of Phisto as Berus and transformed into the Wolf Innemon. He reformed and joined Genesis, later becoming the second Kamen Rider Max Arthro.

Personality[]
Compared to both Lilith and Thanatos, Berus is hot-tempered and eager to fight against the enemies of the Cult. He often shows great enjoyment while fighting, seemingly being unconcerned with those he is fighting much to his own determent when fighting against the Kamen Riders. Despite this, Berus is more timid and kind when interacting with Lilith, taking any opportunity to cheer her up when he believes she is upset. He seems to value her opinion over all others and only drops his combative nature when speaking to her. He also seems to be upset by Thanatos' status as Lilith's right hand and even showed anger towards him during the former's reveal of Lilith being the final sacrifice for Phisto's revival.

- Transformation: Using the Wolf Demon Beastamp, Berus is able to transform into the Wolf Innemon. After seeing Thanatos kill his former friend and transform him into a Phistian, Berus evolves into the Feral Wolf Innemon. After the Feral Wolf Innemon was defeated by Animalia and Berus' Wolf Innemon form was absorbed by Phisto, he was reverted to a normal human and lost his ability transform.

- Skilled Marksman: As the Wolf Innemon, Berus is skilled at using the Brasshot.
Former Weaknesses[]
- Feral: When Berus is overpowered by negative emotions such as anger or hatred, his demonic powers are amplified and take over his body and mind sending him on an unstoppable rampage. This weakness was later negated upon reverting to a normal human.

Berus transforms into the Wolf Innemon using the Wolf Demon Beastamp. As a Phistage, he can return to his human form at will. He has extraordinary agility and combat power using the genetic information of a wolf, and prefers a wild fighting style that is warlike and bares his emotions.
Arsenal:
- Brasshot: The Wolf Innemon's personal trumpet-like gun. The blade on its underside can be used for melee attacks.
Abilities:
- Fireballs: The Wolf Innemon can fire flaming shots from the Brasshot.
- Charged Shot: By clamping the jaws on his chest, energy flows through the red tubes and into the Brasshot before, the Wolf Innemon fires a beam of dark red energy.
- Enhanced Speed: The Wolf Innemon is able to move faster than the enemy can react and catch them off-guard.
- Energy Punches: The Wolf Innemon can enhance his punches by covering his fists in red energy.
- Smoke Disappearance: The Wolf Innemon can disappear in a cloud of electrified red and black smoke.

Berus transformed into the Feral Wolf Innemon after witnessing Thanatos transform Javon into a Phistian, effectively killing his best friend in the process. In this form, Berus gains tremendous amounts of power, able to heavily injure even Thanatos in a single hit. However, this state strips Berus of self-control and logic, leaving him hellbent on destroying everything in sight, and attacking his opponents without restraint, similar to the fighting style of a wolf.
Abilities:
- Extreme Speed: The Feral Wolf Innemon is far faster than his original form, allowing him to destroy or injure opponents in an instant.
- Energy Slashes: The Feral Wolf Innemon can deliver red energy slashes using his claws.
- Combustion: The Feral Wolf Innemon is able generate an explosion large enough to damage numerous city blocks.
- Energy Punches: The Feral Wolf Innemon can enhance his punches by covering his fists in red energy.
- Charged Attacks: By clamping the jaws on his chest, the Feral Wolf Innemon channels red energy throughout his whole body and can perform stronger attacks.
- Energy Burst: After clamping the jaws once, the Feral Wolf Innemon can generate a burst of red energy from his body.
- Charged Slash: After clamping the jaws once, the Feral Wolf Innemon can launch large red energy slashes shaped like a claw scratch.
- Energy Beam: After clamping the jaws twice, the Feral Wolf Innemon can fire a beam of red energy from them.

Stag Beetle Genome is Max Arthro's stag beetle-based form accessed by using the Stag Beetle Beastamp in the Arthro Driver.
The statistics of Max Arthro's Stag Beetle Genome are slightly higher than those of the original Arthro's Spider Genome. This form also also incorporates data from Kamen Rider Beelze. Due to the modified Arthro Driver drawing power from the user's inner demon rather than the demon Zebul, Max Arthro does not have any harmful side effects. By activating the wing-like Max Shade Winger on the shoulder, Max Arthro is able to fly through the air at high speeds. A number of clawed tendrils resembling beetle legs can also be deployed, allowing Max Arthro to either throw opponents or evacuate allies.
Max Arthro consists of the following parts:
- Max Arthro Helm: The head.
- MA Stag Topper: The head armor. It incorporates the Genomuscle artificial muscle that draws out mighty power by receiving an energy supply, drawing out the potential of the user. In addition, the exterior is reinforced by the Stag Shoulder Brace special armament on the shoulder.
- Stag Mandibles: The antennae. They are equipped with a satellite communication device possessing communication strength that can handle all types of jamming and an ultra-high-definition radar that can search 120 km around it.
- Stag Chomper: The special armament. It is an armed version of the stag beetle's unique ability, and has the role of increasing rushing power by deploying energy at high density.
- Max Arthro Eye: The compound eyes. When used as the sight of a held armament, they boast unmatched accuracy. In addition, they are equipped with a very good night vision device and can clearly capture the outline of an object even in the dark.
- Stag Shoulder Brace: The shoulder special armament. It is armed with the stag beetle's unique ability from the genetic information of the Stag Beetle Beastamp and has the ability to strengthen the armor of the whole body. It is also capable of flight by deploying an energy field on the Max Shade Winger at the bottom.
- Stag Chest: The chest armor. The Stag Leg Liners energy path directly connects to the Stag Shoulder Brace shoulder special armament and the Arthro Driver, extremely speeding up the energy supply to each part of the body. In addition, it can extend and contract in an emergency to secure and transport people requiring rescue when leaving battle.
- Arthro Genome Suit: The reinforced suit. Deployed at the same time as the Max Up, it expands the human physical ability by using the powerful energy supplied from the Arthro Driver.
- Max Arthro Arm: The arms. The Genomuscle artificial muscle that draws out mighty power from energy supplied by the Arthro Driver is stretched around the whole body to strengthen the physical ability of the user.
- Max Arthro Grip: The hands. They have acquired tremendous grip strength by gaining the power of the stag beetle's large mandibles to crush everything.
- Max Arthro Leg: The legs. The Arthro Genome Suit is equipped with a mechanism to arm each part based on the ability obtained from the Beastamp's genetic information. As a result, switching armaments according to the battle situation enables a wide variety of tactics and demonstrates high responsiveness.
- Max Arthro Stomp: The feet. By receiving the operation of the Arthro Driver and gathering high-density energy on the bottom, it is possible to activate the finishing move Arthro Finish, which diverts the Beastamp's genetic information to the attack.

- He is named after Cerberus, the three-headed watch dog of the underworld in Greek mythology.
- This is a reference to Berus' role as Lilith's bodyguard.
