Kazumi Rose Kizari (ローズキザリ 和美 Rōzu-Kizari Kazumi?) is the future version of her present day self who is the biological daughter of the present timeline's users of Kamen Riders Para-DX and Rogue, Miyoko Kizari and Pallad respectively. She traveled to the present from 2068 in order to assist the Paradius crew to prevent the prophesied dark future of the prime timeline, fighting the first Oma Zi-O and the Another Riders as Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi (仮面ライダーツクヨミ Kamen Raidā Tsukuyomi?). Later, after multiple trials, she would become the third person to don the mantle of Kamen Rider Oma Zi-O (仮面ライダーオーマジオウ Kamen Raidā Ōma Jiō?), entrusted by the future Sougo Tokiwa who defected from the prime timeline's 2068.
She was also the fiancee to Rentaro Kagura, Kamen Rider Shinobi, but after a falling out they became friends and now she is currently in love with Haru, who had also defected.

Past[]
Kazumi grew up distanced from her adopted sister, Bella Kizari. Because of this, Kazumi was usually around her slightly younger cousin Daisuke Banjou. The two grew up together and traveled on Pokemon adventures. After one of their adventures though, the cousins were warned of a threat that was coming their way and her aunt, Ruru Amour gave Daisuke his gear having his mother, Shadow send him to 2018. Ruru asked Kazumi to stay behind until her own equipment was ready and Kazumi agreed, separating from her cousin for now. She spent the time training alongside the 2068 version of Shay Kotozume, Kamen Rider Snipe, as well as some of the other Riders.
Heading to the Past[]
A week before her expected birth in 2018, Kazumi finally had her equipment and was deemed Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi as she was sent back to the past to be reunited with her cousin. At her arrival, she shocked the 2018 versions of Miyoko and Pallad as Daisuke had kept it a surprise from them. As soon as she was settled in, Kazumi got caught up with Daisuke checking on the RideWatches that they had already collected. She then quickly collected the Snipe, Brave, and Poppy RideWatches from Shay, Jake and Aelita.
The Kiva RideWatch and Revealing Haru's Dark Secret.[]
After Christmas ended and the Riders left Evol's home planet, returning to Paradius, Kazumi rushed to her Aunt Vanny, who had just made up with Miyoko and explained the situation. Vanny in return gave Kazumi her old Sugar Rush racer and Karma, Miyoko's iJag, gave Kazumi the Kiva RideWatch. While Kazumi was fighting Captain N to get him away from Shay, Karma gave Kazumi the Basshaa Magnum as well and she used it to defeat N. Later on, tired of holding the information she knew inside, she pulled Daisuke aside and revealed to him that Haru was the reincarnation of Ray aka Chronos. The cousins end up deciding that it was best to hide this information from the others knowing that it would be traumatic to Pallad and that it would anger Miyoko.
Stealing The Precure Watches[]
Kazumi was set on making Haru suffer for what he did to both of her parents so she had a rather mischievous idea. She got Daisuke's attention and pulled her cousin into her mother's alchemy lab and creates a potion to mess with Haru's head slipping it into a drink and making it appear near Haru using her magic. When Haru drank it and fell asleep, while the Bad Ends were off causing destruction, her and Daisuke slipped in and stole all of the Precure Watches placing them into a bag. The two were nearly caught by the Bad Ends but quickly escaped celebrating a huge victory.
Kazumi's Crush and Haru's Attack on Paradius[]
A bit after saving the Precure Watches, Kazumi planned on relaxing a bit hanging out with her cousin. Soon enough another Time Mazine appeared revealing another person Kazumi was close to. Kamen Rider Shinobi Rentaro Kagura. Kazumi had a huge crush on Rentaro but she was afraid to tell him. She finally confessed to him and with her parents' blessings the two started dating.
A bit later Junko walked in Paradius going to bug Maki and Evol but Haru appeared and tired of his actions Kazumi attacked him head on grabbing the Paradox RideWatch from Daisuke. Before Haru could defeat her though, Sougo appeared and interfered saving Kazumi and giving her a chance to attack Haru. An explosion blasted out and caught Kazumi in it sending her towards a wall but Daisuke managed to catch her, saving her from a more fatal injury. Because of this, Kazumi had to remain in bedrest for a while. She recovered as Woz was brought into Paradius and after the two were recovered. They sparred against each other and soon after Rentaro gave Woz his MiRide Watch, while giving Kazumi a Ride Watch based on his power.

After Kazumi recovered, she discovered her mom found out about Haru's true identity and was surprised by how calmly Miyoko took the news. Miyoko then told her daughter that she would keep their secret as well. As she was outside after winning her first Pokemon Showcase Princess Key, she noticed Sougo approach the base but before she could do anything he explained that he wasn't there to cause trouble. When asked to live in Paradius, Kazumi agreed to it and she was then given the Oma Zi-O RideWatch. She started to trust Sougo after he had saved her from Haru but she was worried about the watch so she held on to it not using it for now.
The Third Battle Royale! Haru's Attack and Kazumi's Awakening as Oma Zi-O![]
As the third battle Royale kicked off, Kazumi and Daisuke discovered from the newly merged and reformed Bad End Beauty that Haru planned to steal power from the fighters in the Battle Royale. While they stayed home watching on tv, Miyoko and Bad End Beauty had slipped into the arena with help from Sky Parks and started trying to get rid of the crystals. As the plan advanced, Kazumi stood with her cousin seeing the devastating power that Haru held. Kazumi soon noticed the fear showing in Daisuke and her father's eyes as a sudden determination showed in her own features. She made a decision that day and went to Sougo and requested to become his student stating that she would use the Oma Zi-O Watch. She spent the next few days training and preparing for the trial she would soon face.
Demon Kazumi
A few days later in the Paradius Building, Kazumi stood on her own as she pulled out the Oma Zi-O RideWatch taking a deep breath before activating it as the demonic chime ringed out. Before her a dark aura formed changing into a demonic version of herself. The two clashed valiantly fighting for their own ideals but as the demonic Kazumi started to fade, Kazumi grabbed her embracing her inner darkness forming a bond between the two versions of herself. As the demon Kazumi faded inside of her, Kazumi's body glowed and the Oma Zi-O Armor formed on her body. When she changed back Kazumi had markings under her eyes and her right eye was now a golden demon's eye. With this Kazumi secretly trained under Sougo and started learning how to fully control her newly obtained powers.

Fighting in the Battle Royale and Being Targeted by Haru[]
After gaining her new powers, Kazumi joined Woz in the Battle Royale, keeping her new powers under wraps while battling as Tsukuyomi. During her fight, Kazumi was annoyed by her mother's ex boyfriend Sky and she nearly revealed that she had the powers of Oma Zi-O but Woz used his book's power to stop her and calm her. As the battle continued Haru appeared once more with the intention of destroying Kazumi because she refused to fear him. She ended up getting attacked but healed by Woz before she had overheated.
As the months went on, Haru continued to attack both Kazumi and Daisuke in which the two managed to survive from although Kazumi tended to get injured at times in the process. Kazumi also gpt fed up with Vanny and Karma and used her powers as Oma Zi-O to make Xakru into the true Kiva Rider in which turned out that Karu was the missing link of the Royal family. There was a point where Fuzor appeared attacking the area. To stop him, Kazumi and Haru formed a temporary alliance as Haru temporarily changed her to a Bugster so she could infect Fuzor's Driver as she changed back when he was defeated. The alliance didn't last long before Haru tried to cut the power of the base and Kazumi had to activate the backup power.
Reunion With an Old Friend, The Miraculous RideWatches, and the Monster Blood attack![]
As Kazumi was recovering from Haru's constant attacks, another Time Mazine appeared to her and Daisuke revealing their best friend from the future, Subaru. As he showed up both her and Daisuke caught up with him and set him up on a date with Setsuna as Kazumi was being mischievous and hyper.
As her friend was on his date, two new RideWatches appeared in her possession yet these were two strange watches from 2015. One was red with spots and the other was black and neon green with a paw print on it. She asked Evol about them yet not even he could answer that. Before she could say anything else she was guided by a voice telling her about an attack in Paris. Realizing it was Haru, Kazumi was about to go after him on her own since Daisuke was too sick from overworking to fight but Subaru stopped her insisting he went with her. The two traveled to Paris where two creatures met with her entering the watches as they changed to watches almost like Zi-O Trinity with eatch dial turn representing a different Power-up form. As Subaru fought Volpina, Haru's loyal new lover, Kazumi tried to slip into the now transformed city hall which was now Haru's Castle. Kazumi managed to get in but Haru soon caught her pinning her against a wall before she could transform. Bad End Happy had given him a crystal that held an Akuma and he was about to use it on Kazumi but Subaru crashed into the castle tearing Haru's arm off saving her. Kazumi was relieved but she was set on fighting him. Subaru had to make her retreat with him back to Paradius.
The next day Kazumi was resting on the couch trying to keep her strength up but a sudden gurgling noise snapped her out of her rest. As she went to check what was going on she was met with a green slime like ooze. Kazumi screamed out grossed out as the ooze moved attacking her. She was caught by the slime as it tried to swallow her up but Rentaro and Subaru managed to free her as she used the cyclone dragon shout to send the Monster Blood away from Paradius. Once it was gone, Kazumi fell over traumatized by the experience.
The Virgo Star Princess Pen, Tsukuyomi Amaterasu, and The Moon Goddess is Awakened![]
It took a while but the trauma from the Monster Blood started to fade a bit. Kazumi had to spend some time in a Crystal Pod to recover from overheating and being overworked from Haru's constant attacks. Her temper even seemed to flare up more as she became fed up with being treated like a villian when she was trying to help save the future. It got so bad that the gold streaks in her hair turned dark purple and she gained a demon's tail. She tried to pull it off but ended up falling instead and when she sensed Haru watching her she snapped enraged that he was laughing at her.
A few days later she became bored and seeing that her uncles Yuto and Parad were gonna head out after a new Star Princess Pen, Kazumi asked Yuto if she could tag along. When Yuto agreed, Kazumi cheered happily saying that she wanted to experience something exciting. The group arrived along with Hikaru and Lala to an alien planet as Kazumi's eyes sparkled seeing the area was lit with lights and screens. The place reminded her of Pripara. Yuto then explained about Mao also known as Blue Cat which made Kazumi's eyes light up. They headed to a mansion following Yuto's pendant as they ended up meeting the space theif after Kazumi teleported opening the gates of the mansion saying that Pallad had gotten through a otherworldly barrier and that this was child's play. Blue Cat was impressed with her abilities calling her a theif in the making.
As Blue Cat joined the team, they traversed through traps and even a three headed alien before reaching the treasure room that held the pen. Before they could find it though, Kappard burst through the door with his troops demanding the pen for Haru. The group transformed as Kazumi turned into Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi Ladybug Armor taking on Kappard on her own while Lala and Parad faced his troops and Yuto and the others searched the area. Kazumi easily defeated Kappard as soon Volpina appeared revealing Kappard went behind Haru's back to try to get the pen. Kazumi mocked Haru at this saying that he still couldn't control his men and that some things never change in which Volpina snapped demanding Kazumi to take back her words. Before Kazumi could argue a portal opened near Volpina as Kazumi heard an unfamiliar voice yet she could feel Haru's aura clearly. She found out from Kappard that Haru had a plan to defeat them and Kazumi tried to force him to speak up slamming Volpina into a wall with the power of her rage. They wouldn't answer her but escaped through portal instead. The group teleported back to Earth and as Yuto went to awaken Virgo, Kazumi was deep in thought about what had happened.
Kazumi's final form.
She didn't have much time to think however because the sound of a new RideWatch announcement cut off her thoughts. She ran into the lab as a shockwave had thrown Sougo back and she saw the watch on the ground. When she touched the watch though a hologram of all of the past female Riders formed around them. One of them asked if Kazumi was the one who would be using their power and when Kazumi said she was they granted her their power as the Tsukuyomi Amaterasu RideWatch was complete and Kazumi now had her final Rider form. Before she could do anything though, the watch glowed as a blinding light filled the room covering Kazumi completely. When the light faded, Kazumi was standing there, much taller and her appearance and her voice changed making her look more matured. As Daisuke and Subaru saw her new form, Sougo and Rentaro had fainted from the shock and Subaru mentioned the moon goddess as in the Star Palace, a bright moon with stars forming around it appeared in the sky.
Infiltrating The Dark City and Haru's Form Revealed.[]
Kazumi was pumped from getting her final form but the thoughts of Haru's plan still lingered. With that her and Daisuke formed a plan to get the information from Kappard. Ami and Kazumi used Phillip's newest invention to make themselves into Volpina clones while Subaru and Daisuke made themselves into the Ais Bit and Boot. The four slipped into the corrupted Paris but were soon seperated to do various jobs by Haru. While the other three were sent to do jobs, Kazumi was left to enter the prison. When Kazumi found Kappard she discovered it was a trap to lure them here. Kazumi sent a mental warning before running off but Haru opened a portal pushing her inside it.
The four ended up in an arena created by Haru as he kept himself hidden. Kazumi and Daisuke demanded Haru to reveal himself in which he did. Kazumi was shocked and the dark part of her being had started to fall for his charm as she shook it off. Haru sent Another Kabuto and a monster after the group and Kazumi took to her Oma Zi-O form fighting the monster before the group were finally able to teleport to safety.
The Road to Symphonia, Kazumi's Declaration, and Dream Invasion[]
Soon enough, Kazumi started to learn of her awakened form and what she had needed to do. She managed to hide her true form from Haru as a Golden Moonlight Sparkle Pen appeared to her due to Fuwa. With that, her and Fuwa appeared at the Star Palace and Kazumi drew a butterfly pattern into the sky. Fuwa gained butterfly wings as Kazumi's golden eyes now had butterflies in them. As she unleashed Road to Symphonia, a path of stars formed and as she flew along the path she entered a portal causing butterflies to fall to the Earth as she landed damaging the dark vines Haru planted.
That wasn't enough though. She made her voice project into Paris making her words reach him as she declared that once the three stages were complete, he would see her true form and he would be defeated bringing some hope into the Paradius group. With that she also made a swarm of moonlight butterflies swarm Haru's throne room and attack him causing cracks and scars to form on him. Kazumi then returned to Paradius needing to rest for the second stage. Although Kazumi noticing Oma fading, she then uses her power to rewrite Oma Sougo into the timeline unknowingly making him her brother which Woz reveals to her later.
One night as Kazumi was asleep the desperate Haru had a plan to reveal the Goddess' identity early. Kazumi was resting soundly in her dreamscape but soon she felt another presence as she had discovered Haru had entered her dream. He then used the darkness that was under his charms to hold Kazumi down while he searched for her secret. Thinking quickly, Kazumi created a huge blizzard to obscure Haru's view while calling for help hoping her body would respond. Luckily it did as Kazumi was soon screaming out causing Daisuke to wake up and try to shake her awake. When he realized she was trapped, Daisuke transformed into Grand Zi-O and froze the darkness and Haru in time long enough for Kazumi to break free and kick her darkness and Haru out of her causing her to bolt awake in a traumatized state. She didn't sleep for the rest of the night and with Rentaro, Bella, and Arato worrying about her health when she looked exhausted, Arato and Rentaro used the Dream EvolBottle to knock Kazumi out and enter her dreamscape to protect her. Once she finally felt a bit safer, she wrapped herself in a crystal cacoon and drifted off to a peaceful rest.
Sky High Symphonia and Planet Rainbow[]
After recovering her strength from the first stage as well as Haru's invasion of her dreams, soon Kazumi activates stage two, Sky High Symphonia causing light vines to start sprouting and eating away at the dark vines causing Haru's barrier to crack. She disguised herself speaking to Haru after as he revealed that the Moonlight Goddess is the mother of the Star Princesses and Yuto. Now Kazumi has children.
A few days later, Kazumi traveled to Planet Rainbow which was Mao's home planet to gather the Gemini pen with her son, Parad, Mao, Hikaru and Lala. The place was suprisingly a barren wasteland. As they were searching for the Pen, Aiwarn attacked as the Precure went after the pen while Kazumi, Yuto, and Parad faced Aiwarn. Aiwarn then trapped Parad and Kazumi trying to capture Yuto but the two broke free and the three of them got the Aires pen away from Aiwarn. As Kazumi caught it, Volpina stole it back slamming Kazumi into a cave wall. Haru then appeared attacking Yuto as they fled only able to revive Gemini. After Kazumi recovered she went to Monika and had her create a acrobatics gym as she trained with tightrope sword fighting.
The Final Battle Against Haru, The Punishment, and Saving Aries![]
With another of her daughters safe at the Star Palace, Kazumi was even more determined than ever to stop Haru and save Aries. It didn't take too long either. In a matter of days, Haru had taken over the airwaves and announced that he would destroy everything in 24 hours. With this Kazumi helped Daisuke prepare the troops of Paradius for battle.
The next evening Kazumi stood in position making her own announcement to unite the heros of the world as she revealed herself as the Moonlight Goddess causing Haru to become enraged. With that Kazumi activated Grateful Symphonia causing the barrier to break and the darkness over Paris to fade. She landed next to Daisuke and transformed into Tsukuyomi Amaterasu as she stood along the other members of the Zi-O team as the led the war against Haru.
During the actual battle, Kazumi was with Daisuke infiltrating Haru's giant warship as she tossed her pen to Daisuke. She helped with the capture of the Bad Ends and as Daisuke and Haru had their final battle Kazumi used her power via the Moonlight Sparkle Pen to help Daisuke defeat Haru as he brought Haru back to the present time. While everyone was resting, Kazumi sat down near the holding cells watching over Haru and his family. As she questioned him, at first Haru refused to talk but after Kazumi managed to make Haru scream in horror, he told her about the NoRaiders' leader.
The next evening a trial was held to determine Haru's fate for trying to destroy the Multiverse. Many testimonies were made against him and when he started being smug, Kazumi got angry and hit him. Eventually the Star Princesses had heard enough and sentenced Haru to serve Kazumi's family until he repaid his debts to the Multiverse. His family was also stripped of their powers and Kazumi had Haru serve her since her parents didn't want to see him.
With Ruby's suggestion Kazumi made Haru wear a butler's uniform as he was working for her but of course things got extemely complicated between the two of them. Kazumi had to run to the store to get supplies for Usagi and Chibiusa's birthday party and to get help, she pulled Haru with her to her mother's car. The whole drive there, the two bickered about their clashing ideals and it only got worse when they arrived. When they got in the store, Haru started to scare all of the customers inside finding their fear funny. To stop him, Kazumi whacked Haru in the head with the microphone side of the Tsuku MicSabre and announced that Haru could no longer cause world destruction. Getting the supplies was a bigger pain as Haru was whining the entire time of how Kazumi ruined his fun. The two started bickering again and Kazumi said something that angered Haru to the point of slapping Kazumi in the face in the middle of the store before the now dazed Kazumi was dragged to the back of the store as Haru yelled at her.
Although this didn't last long because she got a call from Yuto as Aries has been located. With that Yuto created portals teleporting Kazumi as well as Haru with them back to Planet Rainbow. Haru made a remark laughing at the state of the planet as a very tempered Yuni punched him in the face knocking Haru out. This causes Kazumi to giggle a bit before starting the search for the Aries Pen. They found a mutated Aiwarn along with Kappard and a green aura figure that was their true leader. With this the group fought Aiwarn and Kappard finally retrieving the Aries Pen in the process.
Aries Revival, The Beach Party, and Past Memories Resurface![]
After gaining the Aries Pen, Yuto, Yuni, Hikaru and Kazumi headed to the Star Palace with Kazumi carrying the knocked out Haru in her arms. She placed him in her bed before going to reunite with her newly revived daughter. After spending time with her children, Kazumi sat on her bed and waited for Haru to wake up. When he did, he offered her a deal. If he could get his and his family's powers back, the staffs of the witches, and a living space for him and his family, he would tell her about her past life. She agreed but also made it where of he pulled any stunt, his powers would be removed again. He then revealed that the leader of the NoRaiders attacked her and she sealed him in a crystal but she was fatally wounded in the process. Before she fell she created Yuto and the Star Princesses and sealed herself in the moon until she could be reborn. She was shocked by what Haru had told her and she was distracted in her thoughts.
On the Independence Day week Kazumi decided to do a Pripara show performing Be Star as Haru and his family heard her. Bad End Happy thought that Kazumi was starting to fall in love with Haru and became jealous even faking being tripped by baby Kazumi. During the actual party when Kazumi was trying to get him to stop stealing ice cream, Haru grabbed Kazumi and questioned on why she performed that song. Kazumi was being stubborn refusing to answer so he kissed her cheek threatening that the next one would be on the lips if she refused to answer. She saw it as a bluff and refused as he pulled her close to him kissing her lips in front of everyone causing Kazumi to go into a flustered daze. She lied saying she was spreading hope to the hopeless but she was really trying to get him to see that she wanted to help him. After she answered he dropped her into the ocean causing her to transform into her mermaid form. She casted a truth spell siren song on him as revenge. She then told her father what happened as she felt pain and fell to the ocean floor. As she awoke she noticed she was in a past version of the Star Palace before her children were created but a noise snapped her out of her thoughts as she saw Haru waking up near her. The two then saw something that shocked them both. A young Haru was standing near the past Kazumi as she faced Darknest and as she was dying, the younger Haru was near her begging her not to leave him and crying. Haru then looked at the present day Kazumi and at first blamed her snapping at her but as she told him to destroy her saying it was only fair, he told her it wasn't entirely her fault and hugged her realizing he couldn't bring himself to blame her.
The Show to save Aquarius, Dark Nightmares and A Blossoming Love![]
After realizing the truth of their past, Kazumi stayed by Haru's side trying to comfort him. It was only when Aquarius has awakened that Kazumi had to head out with the others to save her. They ended up on a planet of snow and ice. The pen was a part of a libing Snowman's nose and to retreve it, they needed to put on a show to make the princess of the planet smile. Kazumi and Yuni performed a concert while the others faced Tenjo and her forces. After Tenjo was defeated and the concert ended the princess smiled and the Aquarius pen was given to them.
While Yuto revived Aquarius, Kazumi returned back to Haru staying near him trying to calm him down. She eventually started to notice that he was struggling to sleep so reluctantly her and Volpina teamed up and they entered Haru's dreamscape like he once did to her. As they traveled the area got darker and colder and the two girls seemed to bicker a lot but they soon found a young version of Haru who was completely terrified. With him was a version of Darknest who Kazumi sealed away tiring her energy in the process. The two ended up getting along as they stayed near Haru resting together.
During this time Kazumi and Rentaro ended up staying friends no longer a couple but her heart was slowly beating for another. She seemed to be more flustered here lately and her face seemed to light up when she was around Haru. Kazumi had found out someone had insulted her brother and quickly was getting enraged but as Haru appeared and quickly pulled her back she surprisingly became calm and flustered in record time. The next evening Kazumi finally confessed out loud that she had feelings for Haru and she then heard him confess that he had feelings for her as well and the two fell together.
Personality[]
- First Form: In this form Kazumi is very sweet and energetic. She tends to get fidgety more often and like her mother she has a small bit of a temper. She is more eager to head out and do things, wasting no time to collect the Brave, Poppy and Snipe RideWatches the first day she reached 2018.
- Second Form (Oma Zi-O): With the Oma Zi-O form, Kazumi is no longer fidgety but like Haru, she gains a temper and gets enraged easier. She also gains more sass around Haru and people who anger her showing this by mocking Haru on several occasions.
- Final Form (Moonlight Goddess): In this form, Kazumi's temper drops nearly completely making it difficult to anger her but instead now she has more energy and can be a bit more hyper at times. Even so she can brilliantly devise up plans and protection protocals on instinct to help in their fight.
- All Forms: One thing that doesn't change is that Kazumi is very smart yet very mischievous as well. She is told on several occasions that she takes after Pallad more when it comes to personality or when teleporting.
Powers & Abilities[]
Skills[]
- Teleportation: Kazumi has a lasting ability from her father as she can teleport in most case scenarios. Although like her father she tends to do this to mess with people more than anything.
- Forcefield Generation: Kazumi can defend herself and her allies with a small barrier but she hasn't used this ability much due to it putting too much strain on her body. In her perfect form she will be able to use this abilty much easier.
- Crystal and Gem Magic: Like her parents she can create crystal and gem based weapons to fight with in and out of transformation.
- Ice Elemental Magic: Kazumi can use ice magic to cool her own body down or freeze enemies. Later on Bad End Beauty also teaches her Bad End Blizzard to add to this. She can't use this magic when her crystal body is cracked or when she is overheated. She is also resistant to the cold being able to recover in extreme cold weather and during blizzards.
- Shouts of Power: Due to Miyoko being a Dragonborn, Kazumi can also access Dragon Shouts but she only uses these as a last resort like when she was caught by the Monster Blood.
- Form Changes: Although she can't switch between her main three forms, Kazumi can do some form changes under certain conditions. For example, in water she can take on a mermaid form like her mother and in Pripara she can turn into an idol. Her idol motif is based around mystical clocks and time and her idol brand is known as Mirai Oni Hime (Future Demon Princess).
- Powers of Oma Zi-O: After passing her trial, Kazumi was able to study and use the abilities that came with the Oma Zi-O form although after reaching her final form Kazumi uses these abilities less often.
- Moonlight Magic (Final Form Only): After gaining her perfect form, Kazumi can use moonlight energy in multiple ways. She can shoot out a blast to attack an enemy, she can use it to break through dark auras and barriers, she can use a moonlight mirror to keep Haru from spying on Paradius, and in performances her aura can be used to spread hope to whoever watches it.
- Stages of Symphonia (Final Form Only): As Kazumi awakens as the Moonlight Goddess, she has a new ability based on the three main Symphonia Prism Acts Road to Symphonia, Sky High Symphonia, and Grateful Symphonia. Each of these stages are unleashed one at a time by Kazumi during the endgame of the fight for the future. Once the first was activated, Kazumi gained golden butterflies in her eyes and with each stage she is able to break more and more darkness that Haru spreads. After the first stage activates, Kazumi declared that once the final stage was activated, Haru will see her true identity and he will be defeated.
- Siren Songs: Magical songs that can be used in her mermaid form. She uses this at one point to place a truth spell on Haru as revenge for kissing her and dropping her into the ocean.
Weaknesses[]
- Heat or Fire Magic: Being an ice elemental, being hit by fire magic or being exposed to heat for too long will weaken her until she is exposed to freezing temperatures. In her perfect form she is a bit more resilient to the heat.
- Crystal Cracking: When attacked with a strong enough attack, her skin will break apart exposing crystals that can crack and break. If she starts to crack, she needs to be placed into a crystal pod to recover.
- Trauma: Being attacked by the Monster Blood caused Kazumi to be traumatized by the experience.

- First Form: When Kazumi first travels to 2018, she has long teal colored hair that is tired into a ponytail with a dark ribbon. She has icy blue eyes and wears a dark colored light dress with sleeves that are seperated from the dress. She wears a colored cube necklace like her father and two pins on either side of her bangs.
- Second Form (Oma Zi-O): After completing her trial and facing her inner demon, her height slightly shrinks making her look younger as her hair is now in twintails with the rest of her hair flowing loosely. The twintails are held up by two golden ribbons. While one of her eyes are still icy blue, her other eye turns into a demonic golden eye. She gains gold and black dragon wings and golden streaks in her bangs. She wears more purple and gold clothing in this form, representing her Tsukuyomi and Oma Zi-O halves respectfully. Later on when enraged, her golden streaks turn purple and she grows a tail.
- Final Form (Moon Goddess): After helping to retrieve the Virgo Pen, Kazumi returns to find her final form RideWatch ready. After she was deemed worthy to use it she picked the watch up as a burst of moonlight glowed around her changing her into her perfect form. In this form, Kazumi is way taller than in her former two forms and her hair hangs low in a light green color. In this form both of her eyes are now golden yellow and her appearance is more matured. Normally she is seen in a long dark sleeveless dress with a red belt around her lower waist. She wears tighter long seperated sleeves on her arms and white shorts under the dress. She also has white knee high boots with golden diamonds on them. She can also be seen in other outfits and hairstyles as well.
