Nathan Curie is the Fusion Rider, the eponymous protagonist of the upcoming Neo-Rider Series of the same name. Not much is known about him at this time.

Nathan sets two different Bio Capsules into the Fusion Driver and turns the crank to transform into Fusion Rider. Fusion Rider, like Duo Rider and Trio Rider before him, can assume a variety of different forms, called Trial Forms, using different combinations of Bio Capsules. However, each one has a Best Match with another Bio Capsule that creates an especially powerful form. The caps of Bio Capsules indicate what Bio Capsule is its Best Match.

Fusion Rider initiates a finishing attack by turning the Fusion Driver's Vortex Crank again. The finisher of all Trial Forms is called the Boltech Attack, while the finisher of all Best Matches is called the Boltech Finish.

In any form that uses the Rabbit Bio Capsule, Fusion Rider is armed with the Rabbit Foot Shoes on his left leg for increased jumping.

RabbitTank is considered to be the most well balanced; having a good amount of power and agility in all of his Ability Perimeters, thus making it Fusion Rider's default form, despite it being capable of initiating transformation with any set of Fusion Rider's Bio Capsules.

In this Best Match form, Fusion Rider is armed with the Tank Roller Shoes on his right leg for kicking attacks.

This form's weapon is the DrillCrusher.

As a Best Match, this form has two finishers:

Fusion Driver finisher:
- Boltech Finish: Fusion Rider dives underground to send a white energy chart flying up to the surface with the dotted line securing the enemy before leaping back up, and delivering a kick whilst riding the chart's line. According to Bloodstark, this finisher has a Hazard Level of 3.2, and then 3.7 when Fusion Rider attacks him out of anger. What this means exactly is not yet known.

His left arm can convert inorganic objects, or even weakened enemies, into diamonds.

As a Best Match, this form's finisher is the Boltech Finish: This finisher has two variations:

Fusion Rider creates a gust full of diamonds and uses the Muscle Glove to punch them at the enemy. The diamond then creates a tornado that causes a human to separate from his/her Biorganism form, then Fusion Rider punches the Biorganism inside the tornadoes, thereby defeating the Biorganism.

As the leading rider protagonist of Fusion Rider, Fusion Rider is labelled Kamen Rider #11 and Neo-Rider #9.

His last name is based on renowned physicist Marie Curie.

Many fans have noted that Fusion Rider's gimmick is reminiscent of Duo Rider as he is an asymmetrical Kamen Rider that fuses two powers in his belt to create a form and swaps between forms using binary input slots to place the main trinkets into the Driver. However, while Duo Rider's colors are split between the left and right halves with no base color, Fusion Rider has a black base suit with each color split between one leg and side of his head and the opposite arm.
- Like Duo Rider, his form names come from combining the two trinkets' names.
- Nathan can also be a mix between Phillip and Sam in personality. Phillip's thirst of knowledge and Sam's human side.
- Nathan is also the first since Auto Rider to simply use the term "Form" for his forms instead of a unique term.
- Nathan's Ninja Bio Capsule creates a half form that gives him a scarf, the first main protagonist Rider since Duo Rider to have that classic design element.
Nathan is the first main rider to be the one who invented his own Driver.
Nathan is the first Kamen Rider with a rabbit motif.
Notably, he is the first Kamen Rider to have certain parts of his body possess different amounts of power (save V-Rider Action Level 3's left fist attachment).
His Driver is also similar to that of Trio Rider, as there is a set number of collectible items required for a form, matches are the best, and most notable forms and the matches have special jingles, while mismatched forms only state the names of the collectibles.
The pneumatic tubes and assembly platform will not appear when Nathen doesn't use a Best Match form.
- One of the pneumatic tubes will go invisible if a part of the Best Match is already in use during the change into a Best Match from a Trial Form.
Nathan is the first main Neo Rider that has a different color for each eye in all his forms.
