Episode 17: Enemy (敵Teki?) is the seventeenth episode of Kamen Rider Atom. This episode features the debut of Kamen Rider Mol.
Synopsis[]
A new fleet has arrived and now the Riders have a new enemy. Even with everything, Aruki does not give up the fight and remains firm, but after two of his colleagues steal the Driver from his girlfriend, a doubt may arise when he sees Zagiraz transform into a Kamen Rider...
Plot[]
Aruki tries to find something about the Atomerz and Beta Fleet in the archives, getting it and sharing it with others. He tends to conclude that there are not just two Atomerz fleets, but several of them and that it can take a long time to destroy them. Aruki says that even with a lot of troops, he knows the Riders can handle it, as they've destroyed a fleet earlier, pulling Makoto and Yumi to school because they're late. On the B-AtoMech, Zagiraz orders Rathor to use the Driver and attack the humans, but Rathor refuses because he no longer wants to be a Rider, giving the Driver back to him and freeing Gaidoh, who, enraged by the end of Alpha Fleet, attacks Rathor, but he manages to disarm Gaidoh and Zagiraz tells Gaidoh to be calm, saying that now would be a new era for the Atomerz.
On the way to school, Aruki sees his classmates fighting over something, and decides to intervene in the fight, but when he hears that it's about Yumi, in which they want to steal Yumi's Driver and already angry, he goes to the two of them saying that if touch a finger on Yumi, they'll regret it, because a Rider can't have a bad goal, going back to the room and leaving them there. But when he hears an explosion, he sees Rotha and Marine fighting the soldiers of Atomerz and transforms to help them, but they are interrupted by a brown and gold Rider, which has a strength superior to them and easily defeats them, calling himself from Kamen Rider Mol and saying that from now on, he will be their undoing, returning to the B-AtoMech.
Tendou explodes when he sees his Mol Driver being used by an Atomerz member, and wonders how the belt got into their hands, but he's taken out of his thoughts when he gets a call from the school, and when he gets there with Sayoko, he sees Makoto arguing with Kenji for him to return the Genetic Driver, refusing and putting it on. Tendou storms into the room, telling him to stop, and orders him to return the Driver. Kenji tells him to be damned and tells him he'll be a better Rider, trying to transform with an Injector he found and failing miserably, and angry, uses the Injector on himself, turning into the Dinosaur Atomer. Aruki asks Makoto and Yumi to retrieve the belt while he takes care of the Atomer, which they do and he transforms into Wild Tiger, running after Dinosaur, and finding him, starts to fight, but his power can overcome Atom's, shocking him and trying to attack again, Zagiraz appears saying that that will be the end of him, transforming himself into Kamen Rider Mol, attacking Atom and using the Atomer's energy in his favor, managing to untransform him with the final attack.
Aruki, dismayed, asks how he got the Mol Driver, answering that he got it from someone from Earth, more specifically, from Protox, but he doesn't say the name and goes back to base, leaving Aruki with a question and Yumi and Makoto arrive to say they got the Driver, but he looks at them and walks away, leaving them wondering why.
