Cotex Rainer or Kamen Rider Dark-Nebula is one of the Major Antagonist of Kamen Rider Nebula. He later serves as the hidden True Main Antagonist and Final Antagonist of the Series. According to Kim, His true agenda is to use the Voideons to rule Nebulous,Voideo and Earth.

Pre-Series[]
Cotex was the Father of both Astro and Stella Rainer. During his Wife's Passing, He became more and more fixated on protecting both Astro and Stella.
First Appearance[]
Cotex was first seen as the President of Rainer Industries. He was seen talking to Astro about how he can't give up.
Family Reunion[]
Cotex would later appear telling Astro while fighting The Voider Generals, "This is not what a man would do, A real man would accept fate."
Becoming V-Cotex[]

During Episode 49, When the Riders were fighting The Void-Drone. Cotex would swoop in with a finisher and then point his sword at the substance thrust causing the substance to possess his sword. This then causes Cotex to stab himself with the sword and causing him to become V-Cotex.
