The ChronoDriver is the transformation device used by Power Rider Chronicle Guardian, Power Rider Azure Guardian, and Power Rider Thunderlight Guardian who use it with the ChronoSaber, AzureBlade, and ThunderSlasher, respectively.
Design[]
The ChronoDriver is composed of the following parts:
- Right Shelf - The right-hand slot to store the Guardian Fable on the ChronoDriver. In addition to bringing out the power from the Guardian Fable, which has a good compatibility with the Mythical Beasts, and transmitting it to the Sword, it brings various abilities to the right half or "Ride Right" of the body that strongly influences the sword technique of the swordsman's "Sword Robe" armor.
- Mid Shelf - The middle slot to store the Guardian Fable on the ChronoDriver. In addition to bringing out the power from the Guardian Fable, which has a good compatibility with the Animals, and transmitting it to the Sword, it brings various abilities to the central "Ride Mid" of the body, which enhances the physical ability of the swordsman's "Sword Robe" armor.
- Left Shelf - The left-hand slot to store Guardian Fable on the ChronoDriver. In addition to bringing out the power from the Guardian Fable, which has a good affinity with the Stories, and transmitting it to the Sword, it brings various abilities to the left side or "Ride Left" of the body that strongly affects the activation of the special ability of the swordsman's "Sword Robe" armor.
- Guardian Generator - The ChronoDriver's energy generator. It has the role of extracting the energy of all things in the universe that included in the Guardian Fable and generating "Guardian Energy".
- Rider Spell Line - the circuit-like pathways to the slots that hold Guardian Fables. Tells the Sword the abilities of the Guardian Fable read by the ChronoDriver.
- ChronoDriver Belt - ChronoDriver's sword belt. It is usually stored in the main body, but when transformed, it is automatically deployed and fixed to the waist of the user. After that, in response to the awakening of the Sword, it plays the role of deploying the "Sword Robe", the armor of the swordsman.

Transformation[]
To transform, the user inserts one to three Guardian Fables into the corresponding slots on the belt and pulls out the sword. Each Rider's transformation slightly differs:
- Power Rider Chronicle Guardian: Chronicle Guardian appears in a library surrounded by flames. He performs an "X" slash before a dragon released from the Guardian Fable circles him and forms armor, with the slashes forming the visor, completing the transformation.
- Power Rider Azure Guardian: Azure Guardian appears in a library surrounded by surging water. He performs a single horizontal slash before a lion released from the book circles him and forms armor, with the slash forming the visor, completing the transformation.
- Power Rider Thunderlight Guardian: Thunderlight Guardian appears in a library surrounded by lightning. He performs a single vertical uppercut slash before a genie released from the Guardian Fable circles him and forms both the armor and visor, completing the transformation.
- Transforming with more than one Guardian Fable results in other constructs being released from the additional books and forming special armor around the corresponding section of the body.
Finisher[]
There are six ways to activate a finisher with the ChronoDriver:
- Pulling the trigger on the sword twice while it's docked in the belt.
- Pulling the trigger on the sword and pulling it out.
- Scanning up to three Guardian Fables on the sword's tip and pulling the trigger.
- Docking the sword into the left-hand FableHolder, pulling the trigger, and pulling it back out.
- Pressing the left page of an inserted Guardian Fable, causing it to announce its name. The pages of multiple inserted Guardian Fables can pressed at the same time.
- Scanning the grip's underside of either the Dragonic Gauntlet or the King Lion Gauntlet.
