Brandon can transform into Kamen Rider Thrust using his Advent Deck and V Buckle upon forming a contract with Metalgelas. His Visor, the Metalvisor, is mounted on his left shoulder. Thrust's punching power and kicking power are identical to Torque's, while his jump height and running speed are higher. However, his jump height is still overall poor in comparison to the rest of the 13 Riders.
Through the use of his Strike Vent Advent Card, Thrust can arm himself with the Metal Horn, a gauntlet derived from Metalgelas' head.
By using his Final Vent, Thrust can execute his finisher,Heavy Pressure, which equips him with the Metal Horn if he does not already possess it. Thrust next grabs onto Metalgelas' head with his legs and points the Metal Horn in front of him. Metalgelas then runs into the enemy, resulting in Thrust striking it with the Metal Horn.

- Advent Deck: Advent Card holders, also used as a key to transformation. As long as Brandon holds one, he can detect a presence of other Riders and Mirror Beast inside Ventara, as well as surviving without dying when returning to the real world.
- Advent Belt: Transformation belt materialized from a mirror reflection.
- Advent Cards: Trading cards that supply the user powers, weapons and Mirror Beast (if they catch any)
