Asana Mamoru (護 あさな Mamoru Asana?) is a Japanese actress and gravure idol who portrayed the live-action appearance of Taki in Metroid: Kamen Rider Generations Vol. 3: Fates Intertwined and Taki Gaiden: The Kunoichi Who Leapt Through Time. Additionally, Mamoru portrayed the future version of the said character, along with the Soulcalibur VI timeline counterpart of the character while being voiced by Nanako Mori.

Mamoru's first tokusatsu role was the Makai Priestess Jill from Garo: Makai no Hana.

  • During the filming of Metroid: KRG Vol. 3, Mamoru was trained by suit actors Seiji Takaiwa and Jun Watanabe in order to learn Taki's acrobatic stunts and fighting style. Later in Taki Gaiden, she is also trained by Eitoku and Yuya Nawata (Geiz's suit actor) in her out-of-suit fight scenes while her suit actress for the GalaxyArmor and as Kamen Rider Taki, Ayumi Shimozono also acted as her stunt double during her character's fight scenes. However, Shimozono was later replaced by Sanae Hitomi as the stunt double when the former became the suit actress for Ryusoul PinkIcon-crosswiki.png, though Taki's suit actor in Rider form is Yuto Kikuchi.
  • Mamoru has a tall slender body type with big breasts. Gekkan Series producer Iwata called them the "Strongest Breasts in Gravure". Fittingly, Mamoru portrays a video game character with a curvaceous figure.
  • Mamoru also appeared in the Tokyo MX drama series, "Aoki Vampire no Nayami" along with Renn Kiriyama and Tateto Serizawa.
