Amara Hakushi (?) was Kamen Rider Gladius (仮面ライダー Kamen Raidā ?) who was the secret benefactor of Kakumo, Adonus, and Kurohane Mayonaka who gave them the technology to use to help create a new world of his own order to carry out his will. However due to his body not being fully capable of controlling his powers, his ability to transform was only temporary due to the lack of a new body to be found for him.
