A Presidential Twist of Destiny (大統領の運命のねじれ Daitōryō no Unmei no Nejire?) is the first episode of the 2020 Japanese/American fan-adaptation, Weiss Schnee: Rider of Remnant. It introduces the main characters of the series, Team RWBY, and features the debut of the titular Rider, and the debut of the antagonists of the series.
Synopsis[]
It is the first year of Team RWBY at Beacon Academy, a gifted institute, and one of four combat schools in Remnant that serve to train chosen students with powerful potential to becomes Huntsmen and Huntresses, warriors who serve to protect and defend the civilizations of Remnant against the elusive shadow beasts simply known as the Grimm.
However, suddenly, while Team RWBY is in their classes, a messenger from the Schnee Dust Company bears news that brings shock to all four of them; Weiss Schnee is to be summoned to a will reading involving the fate of the new head of the Schnee Dust Company, much to Weiss' surprise. What happens next?
